It deliberately refused to transfer my own money in my account even after checking my identity by 5 or 6 different ways and then told me that it wasn't them that refused the transfer of my money for online transaction but it was the merchant that never even initiated the process. They said t" they do not see any transaction". I tried the same process twice more and each time they told me that they do not see any transaction coming their way. The reason I see is that the merchant was a foreign entity. That means they were refusing to transfer my own money from my bank account at my own risk at my own derision in spite of checking identity 5 or 6 different ways 3 times! Finally, I initiated the transaction with another bank using my card for line of credit and that bank had no problem transferring money immediately. They did not pretend that they "do not see any transaction". They sent the money four more times in the following week immediately as needed. This is in spite of the fact that it was the line of credit money not the money stocked up in my account like in the case of Huntington Bank. Huntington Bank, please don't lie to the customers.

After waiting a long time, I looked into the manager's office. What an incredibly rude and nasty look she gave me, wow! Eventually I got my sunglasses. There was a second pair of sunglasses that had fallen in there also. I told her she should get them and put them in the lost and found. She gave me another dirty scowl and said, no I'll leave them there. Just an unfriendly, nasty, rude woman who scowls at clients as if they are an interruption of her day. I literally do everything online - transfers and deposit check. I don't have any plastics; unfortunately it seems like they have a known issue with the ATM machine. So I mainly use the credit union for "out of sight, out of mind" moments with my extra funds. Pretty much just "meh" status for me. Doesn't make we want to switch from a big bank to come here solely. Please note - there's also an app available which works pretty good.
