The atm ate my money and didn't deposit any of it into my account ! I called Chase's 1-800 number and they told me they'd put in a claim and wait 10 business days I don't know about you but in this day and age I have bills due. A lovely young lady Raquel over heard me pleading to the lady on the phone that it's not my fault that the atm malfunctioned and I need my money. She quickly took control and put corporate in place! Why should a customer be penalized for our mistake. 15 minutes later I had my deposit in my account. 8:50 am I despised Chase 9:20 am I highly recommend. Raquel jumped into action before entering the door! She just got out of her car! She had her bag in hand and made sure I didn't leave feeling robbed. That is what customer service is about. The credit card division is horrible. The worst policies and procedures I've seen, bordering on outright fraud (or perhaps just gross incompetence). It took me nearly 2 hours to cancel a credit card, they made me go up the phone "tree" of customer service 7 levels. Now I continue to receive monthly statements with interest, past due payments, nothing concrete that they could explain. When I called back and went up another 6 levels, I was told "We don't know how you are getting charges on a closed account" They also had no idea what to do about it unless I wanted to "HOLD" for the 7th level up in "customer service". 4 months later I'm still receiving monthly statements. Mine was a Southwest Airlines Chase card. If you need a credit card go somewhere else to get one. read more

I had a fraud issue with my Chase credit card and had no luck with the 800 number. The Branch Manager, Ryan, spent some time with me trying to get some results which was appreciated. Credit cards are not a function of the local branch so this was helpful! The blonde woman at the front desk was also very helpful but I didn't catch her name. read more

In terms of location and parking, this branch is great. It's on 6th between Ogden and Corona, and has a large, free parking lot. The staff is also generally friendly (but not quite as awesome as the folks at the 16th Street branch). On the downside, I have a decent amount of money invested with this branch. I was told that I'd get regular calls regarding the investments, but have only heard from this branch one time in the last year. Of course, they're probably scared to call people considering overall performance. :) Not outstanding, not terrible. This place is A-OK. read more

I signed up for free business accounting services with Wamu. Then Wamu became big bad blue JP Morgan. And the terms changed to a 32% monthly surcharge on my business accounts unless I maintained a certain level of activity. So, business account was promptly closed. Clearly Chase has decided that they have enough customers. I visited this branch to open a checking account. I have had and currently have an account with Chase so tried to open online. NOT! Keeps telling me my information is wrong even though it's the info Chase has on file. So walked to this branch. This was mid morning and I knew I would likely have to wait as I didn't have an appointment. After waiting 10minutes for someone to even say hello I was told to come back after 4:00 and maybe they can get me in. Or I can schedule a time next week! Really??? don't apply for the world of hyatt chase credit card if you want your points! i spent the $3k within the 3 months and still dont have our points! on 8/26/19we called hyatt member customer service, they told me this "always happens to give it another 10 weeks and to call chase credit card customer service for points issues". then i called and stayed on and off hold for 1hr and 48mins on the phone with chase credit card customer service, destiny (superviser) told me "the code was changed somehow and somebody higher up will call us, within 48hrs to get our permission to change the code back"-bs still no points read more

I'm very impressed with the quality of customer service at this branch location. 3:30pm on Friday and the employees were still smiling and eager to help. A prompt greeting goes a long way so high points for that. I had come into Chase because I got a notice in the mail that they will give you $200 when you open up a new checking account. *You must have their coupon to get the deal so keep checking your mail. Because I have student loan money I needed an easy way to manage incoming funds and then pay that money back to the University or buy books, cheap beer, whatever. An extra $200 will go a long way - and it only took about 4 business days for that gift to get processed. Aaron was the guy who hooked me up with all the necessary information. Not only was he professional but also personable which is key to keeping customers happy. I highly suggest checking out this branch because it's very professional and still laid back. Plus, the lobby is open until 6pm so that helps for working folks. So far everything is working out well. No hidden fees - very up front when in comes to banking which is refreshing. read more

At the end of May, before I was leaving for my trip to Argentina I went in and ordered Argentine pesos so I'd have money ahead of time. However the teller I had (Jasmine) messed up the order and ordered me Mexican pesos even thou I had specified that I was going to Argentina. I went back in to correct this mistake a few days before I was going to leave and she said that I had told her Mexican pesos (which I didn't). She also told me that the conversion rate wasn't the same so I ended up losing money in order to convert the Mexican peso back to US dollar and afterwards I'd have to pay the fees to order Argentine pesos. On top of all of that, the Argentine pesos wouldn't arrive until a few business days after I would have already left for my trip. She never apologized for messing up nor was I reimbursed for the money that was lost in the conversion. Instead another teller, Tiffany, had to apologize for her mistake. Tiffany on the other hand is GREAT! Every time I go into this bank I hope that she is there so I can know for sure that I'm being taken care of. If she's not there, I also enjoy working with Naylya who also does an awesome job! It's because of the service of Tiffany and Nayla that I'm giving this review 3 stars instead of 1. read more

I am using yelp as my method to give praise, but only because I could not find anything through chase to thank/commend an employee. I switched to CHASE after moving from a rural town in another state and had bad luck with Bank of America. Chase was FANTASTIC, especially this location near my house. However, I want to give my top praises to Todd, the manager. I originally signed on for the incentive deal - something like $150.00 free. This may not seem like a lot to some, but to a struggling recent graduate, it was huge! It meant eating for a few weeks. I some how messed up the terms of the deal by a few dollars or maybe a date -something to the effect of "I just missed the terms". I spoke with Chase customer service hotline representatives for a few days and they told me there was no way to get the promotional funds. I came to terms with it and mentioned it to Todd one day in the bank during a transaction and he went above and beyond - just for a young guy with little money to his name - though I am sure he has clients with $$$. It made feel like CHASE really cared, a feeling that most don't feel with big banks. Also, it really helped me until I got on my feet. I will be a CHASE member por vida people. I've been a Chase customer for over a decade and have done all of my banking and opened a number of credit cards with Chase. During that time, I have experienced nothing but excellent customer service...until I came to this branch. I recently was married and changed my name. I brought in my passport and marriage license and the banker (a woman) helping me "wasn't sure it would work". Um, what other identification could I provide? Besides not being friendly, she also refused to update my credit cards...which are all through Chase. I have spent over 2 hours on the phone because she failed to submit the proper paperwork for my credit cards because it "would just be easier for me to call". Now I have to go back INTO the branch so that I can re-submit the same paperwork so I can have credit cards that match my legal name. This has been more painful than dealing with all of the various governmental entities to get new ID. Chase, I am not at all impressed. read more

Awesome customer service. We were on the road & had to have something notarized ASAP so we could overnight it back home to get a building permit approved. Kim Candelaria happily saved us a lot of trouble. Since we were travelling, I didn't have access to a printer for the documents we needed notarized. Kim had us email her supervisor the documents & he or she printed it out for her to notarize it all for us. It was a very simple process & didn't take much time... I thought we'd be tied up for an hour or more, but were in & out in no more than 20 minutes. Afterwards she offered to make copies for us since she knew we were travelling, which I greatly appreciated... even in the digital age era, I prefer having paper copies of any important documents.... & since we're a customer of Chase Bank, the service was completely free! All I wanted to do is make a deposit in both my savings and my checking and the cashier Pauline was the rudest person alive. I have had problems with the manager of this location as well. After the glorious service I received from this location I had to go to a different location to check to see if it was done correctly. I tried to contact the general manager but still have not heard back. Good luck with this location. PS the cashier Naylya is and always will be the best at her job. read more
