Also use Wells Fargo, a superior app that allways works and it's fastest way to deposit checks. Old Spire App was buggy, now the blaze app doesn't work at all. Giving up on blaze. Blaze Apps, App will not load on phone Android 10, assume 10 support removed. Worst app!! I use, WF, Citi, AmExp, Apps on phone, Apps & Alearts all work great! Thinking about closing Blaze account. OK for onsite banking with driveup window and ATM, not suitable forelectonic banking for me.

The customer service at the Eden Prairie (by EP Mall) location is absolutely the worst! I stood in…read moreline with six other customers for over 20 minutes while the one cashier on duty assisted one customer for 10 minutes, which is not the fault of either. However, when other US Bank staff walked by and did nothing/said nothing to those waiting, this does nothing to provide a sense of confidence in the services rendered. When a comment was made to a staff member sitting in her office that additional assistance was needed up front, her only response was, "yes, we do", but she couldn't be bothered to get out of her chair to assist anyone? What's wrong with this picture?? I previously had a vehicle lease agreement between a Jeep dealership and US Bank and found out that the dealership will no longer do business with US Bank due to the lack of cooperation on the bank's part to respond to payoff inquiries. I will be giving serious consideration to moving my accounts to Wells Fargo, where they greet everyone who enters the building to make sure that the customer gets to the right place for service.
