    I seldom use this branch of Chase Bank. It's clean, I don't have a rapport with staff and the customer service is always great. It's not in my daily travels/route. But when I do use it, the staff members are always courteous, friendly, polite and represent Chase well.

    Chase Bank is always good with customer service compared to many bank. Sometimes I am the last person. They would still wait for me to finish. If I show up 1 minute before closing or even exactly at closing. They still let me go in... Got to say. Chase Bank have one of the best service. Gave 4 stars because they didn't change back the closing time to be 6pm yet.

    Empty branch! 30 minutes wait time!

And they are not that busy for the customer representatives for easy and quick trranscations. On one of my visits to this location, I decided to change my last name on the bank card and open accounts for my kids. So they told me to wait the people sitting in those offices. I see one lady busy with the client and three guys were busy talking outside. And one of them comes to me and says are you waiting for anyone. I said waiting to be served. He said, when she's available then she will take you. He goes to continue chit-chatting with other employees. I'm patiently waiting with my kids and husband. And more customers started to come. After waiting over 45 minutes that guy who initially asked me whom I'm waiting for finally says. I can help you. Are you serious?? Then I noticed all the other people went back to their offices and started taking all those customers waiting in the lobby. Horrible experience in this location.

Today there were 3 employees there that were not working with the massive line of people. They were on their computers. It feels like I'm at a government facility, like the DMV. I just have to take the time to move my accounts. It is ridiculous!

    It's so rare that I need to go physically into a bank with so much done online, but I was…read morepleasantly surprised at how nicely this branch location for BMO was set up with easy access, five staff members visible, and a secured glass door office for more private consultations. It appeared very neat and tidy, and had a cooling ventilation system going. Let's face it, going into a bank is usually not relaxing, but this location with wraparound glass and seated areas to work with the bankers was an upgrade from the usual. Ample parking on the open lot. It is so helpful to have this new location in Elk Grove- access is easier to manage than the other branches I have been to in EG and Sacramento. The young woman who helped me at the desk was pleasant, efficient, and professional. For the past 30 years I have been with Sierra West, which became Bank of the West, then bought by BNP Paribas, which was then bought by BMO. I actually have been a little dizzy keeping up with all the switches, but my accounts have thankfully stayed stable and I appreciate the security and solidity of the current bank....lets hope there isn't another M&A!

I made multiple calls Over a month period for escalaction team to rectify it by listening to recordings. No calls back. No bonus. Case was closed.

They care about your money as much as you do and protect your interests as their own! I am 1000% satisfied with the vip customer service! I understand that they're a smaller bank, but they're so freaking strict, they will flag your transactions for literally no reason (just the other day my debit card was declined twice at my local grocery store and yes, I had the funds, I've also shopped there many many times and this is not the only store this has happened), and the customer service hours are SO limited. Also their tech seems to be really outdated (asked them about tap for years). They can do absolutely nothing for you on the weekends if you have an urgent matter. Overall, they're just really unpleasant to deal with and always manage to make me feel like a criminal! I remember I went in to deposit a large check once and they treated me like I stole the money from somewhere? Umm, it's my money, you work for me, and it's your job to make my life easier! Is that not why we choose banks? Not the other way around? I would honestly advise not to bank with them. Speaking from experience, they're the worst! I'm so excited to move on and be done with them!
