I would be remiss if I failed to give an applause to "Jack" (Chase Bank Representative in Federal Way). He absolutely exudes customer service. From his greeting through the transaction (cashier's check) he was the most helpful and pleasant bank representative I've ever had the pleasure to do business with. This branch says it is a full bank and not just an ATM. It ia only an ATM and not a branch as Google says. I took a bus to make it there by 5 and arrived at 4:50 to find out i had to travel another 3 to 4 miles in 7 minutes to get to a real Chase branch. Beware their Google info is a lie so think hard about doing business here before you do. read more

Wait in line for a cashier two cashiers finish with their customers. The other customer jumps in front of me, she's finished her business but wants to chit chat with what's now the only cashier. Goes on for several minutes. When she finally leaves I tell the cashier that I don't think chit chat should go before customers. No raised voice, no bad language but because of that she refuses to serve me. The manager seemed unconcerned. This has been my bank for 30 years? read more

The turnover at this bank is very high so my guess is that the problem comes from the top. It's low pay and lack of training. There's not much emphasis on customer service. I don't blame people for not wanting to work here. All they see is unhappy customers every day and they really can't do anything about it. read more

What is up with this place they get rid of over half their teller windows, they are slow on peak hours and wont tell you the full amount you owe when your trying to pay off your bill. I went in about a month ago and was yrying to pay off my bill fully I did nothave the bull itself but I did have my card. I asked the lady that was helping me what was my total on this account, she told me the amount . I gave her that amount and got my receipt. This month I got another bill showing my payment but I still owe and I know that I did not use my card since that time. So I go back in today but forgot my ID and credit card at work in my other pants , Low and behold they will not take the payment without those things even if you have your bill stub.... To bad you cant give less the one star half a star is how I feel about this location latly. read more

I was a faithful Washington Mutual customer for 10+ years. My dealings with them were always 5 stars. Fast forward to the Chase buyout and here I am. Minus 4 stars. I wanted to like you Chase, I really did. I mean, in the beginning you promised me the world i.e. grandfathered-in privileges and no changes to my accounts. And I believed. Then slowly, you began to take. Over the years, you managed not only to take away my sense of value as a customer, but also a decade long loyalty to my financial institution, once you began to nickle and dime me for my scratch! I'm NOT paying you to hold my money, Man! Are you kidding me?!? I've been a loyal customer for over a decade, with an 800+ credit score, who has never been overdrawn on an account. (Basically, I'm a BRICK, who has my sh*t together.) Suddenly, there's minimum balance requirements, fee based everything, monthly service charges and the axing of products and services, I depend on. That's how you're gonna do me, after all we've been through?!? N' thanks. I'm cool. I don't NEED you. In fact, I don't even like you anymore. I'm breaking up with you, Chase. You're lame. Plus, you lie. Besides, I don't really care for the way the personal bankers hover around the lobby lines now that folks are defecting and no one is coming in to start up new accounts anymore. Every time I come to this location all I usually do here is make a deposit for work and get some change. As I wait in line now for 17 minutes 4th person in line. A line out the door they have 1 teller available. This is ridiculous!!! You guys need some help here! I have a secondary checking account at this bank. The actual interior of this bank is gorgeous (could I just pull up a chair and drink my latte here!). The gal who helped me set up my account was very nice and professional. I used to bank with Chase. Specifically, I had a car loan with them. The 320th branch was the one closest to my home so it was the one I used regularly. About Chase: Terrible interest rates, they absolutely raked me over the coals and the main reason I left is because I was able to refinance and save literally thousands of dollars. The phone representatives are rude and obnoxious. I have received threatening phone calls the day my car payment was due, sometimes days BEFORE it was due. Sometimes they would threaten to reposes my car and they would always pry into my personal life. I have been interrogated by Chase personnel regarding my personal life and career. I would never recommend this company. About this branch: This is the only branch I've dealt with, so I don't know what the other ones are like. The employees are capable of handling only the most basic transactions. Making car payments was always met with one challenge or another, usually they could not find me in their computer. The worst experience I had was when I went into the bank to pay off my loan. Even the manager I spoke with had no idea how to handle that and refused to give me a receipt. I got a copy of the check and was told it would be processed within the next month. Again, incompetence. Terrible all the way around. Don't bank with Chase! read more

I went to this bank for a quick deposit. There was only one teller working and a line out the door. The customer in front of me had a large deposit and took a long time. One gentleman got the manager (Cari) and mentioned the wait and the how long the line was. The manager (Cari) told him to bad she wasn't going to do anything about it. She was not helping anyone else and could have jumped in to help. I felt so bad for the teller because she was getting the wrath of angry customers. Again, manager didn't care. I have never been to any kind of establishment where a manager did not come to help or even apologize to the customers waiting. I will never be using this bank again. I hope enough people complain that HER boss is notified. read more

The branch is located at the busy intersection of Pacific Hwy and 320th Street. There is only one entry into the parking lot which is rather inconvenient. For such a busy intersection, you would think there would be at least one entrance on each of the major streets. I have not visited the inside of the branch but have utilized the drive up banking. The teller was courteous and handled my transaction promptly. There is also a walk-up ATM on the property. read more

I went to this bank one time on a weekday afternoon to send a wire. Unfortunately, I ended up having to wait 45 minutes because I was told that only a banker can help facilitate that request. I have been a long time Chase customer and I would highly recommend for this branch to better manage their headcount in order to provide the best customer service to customers. read more
