The Agent, ice cold and indifferent, didn't offer me any tissues and I didn't dare ask for any. Next, I explained a FEW of the issues I was having with my account, mentioning an Agent on the phone had said she found a "glitch"---her word---although she didn't offer to have IT fix it. Inside the branch, it was neat and organized, with everything you'd expect from a standard bank. The downside was the wait time; there was just one teller helping everyone, and when someone ahead had a long transaction, the line basically stalled. It felt understaffed for the volume of customers. That said, the security guard at the entrance added a nice touch. He greeted customers and even opened the door for people coming in and out. What changed-- they could not say and did not care to. Was directed not to use Wells Fargo's services and instead go to a website where we would not need to use any official documentation. Duly noted, I guess. The manager there said she didn't know why Wells Fargo needed all of this but was happy to send us elsewhere. All this over a $50 bond purchased AT Wells Fargo.

This location has terrible customer service if you are a merchant. They will refuse basic merchant…read moreservice like bundling your your bills that you get for change, or flat out refusing to get you change. They will pick and choose what policies they want to follow. There are some nice tellers they have employed but by far Lisa provides the worst customer service.
