She was on top of everything, replying promptly to all calls and emails and answering all questions we had accurately, explaining anything we didn't understand in a way we could easily understand. What a miserable experience I've endured by switching to this bank...absolutely ridiculous! Where…read moreto begin...branch employees are bold faced liars to get your business, no other way of putting that...deceitful...and then they blame YOU and claim that's not what they said. Opened accounts beginning of Jan 2023...it's now mid March and I STILL have not received a bank statement for either account...when I inquire, they blame me and claim my online settings are for paperless when that's not what they are set on...then they tell me to come and pick up by statements! Was originally issued a debit card on the spot when I opened accounts...they did not have them linked properly...had to make two additional trips just to sort that out! The first time I tried to use my ATM debit card, the machine ate my card...had to go into branch, they couldn't retrieve it, so they issued a replacement on the spot...had to change a bunch of info at other accounts as a result! There's been NO customer service whatsoever...the employees at the branch are all rude, defensive, inpatient, and they blame the customer for EVERYTHING! Online banking is the worst...constant log in errors...call the number for help and either get nowhere cuz they are foreigners who don't speak or understand English very well or they pass the buck and refer you around the world to other numbers or places for help and you wind up lost, not knowing who you're really talking to, and extremely frustrated. It's just been an epic fail from day 1 of opening both accounts! Stay away from this bank! I will be switching to a new bank AGAIN very soon! Shame on them for being so inept and wasting people's time and money!

I could write a book on all the things that I've had to deal with over the past years with them. I wouldn't care if the loan I took out was a 30% interest rate! The level of stupidity of these people is beyond me! And might I add I have NEVER wrote a review like this. But thanks to a global pandemic here we are. I signed a piece of paper to help skip a payment last month. And I assumed that it was for 3 months like our credit cards and mortgage payments etc. However I get a past due in the mail. No it wasn't for much, but I was still extremely confused. I called, actually got the person on the phone that was on the letter and she said I needed to talk to another person because they handled the application for skipping a payment during the pandemic. Well she said that she was on the phone and to leave her a message. I did this on May 8th. I didnt hear anything back so I figured they shorted it all out because they are known for mistakes like these. Well I just received a phone call asking me for a payment. I stated that I left a message and I was told they were short staffed. But yet you're calling me back? She proceeded to say that I haven't made a payment since January but yet the past due is forty something??!! My payments are around $130 a month, so can you explain to me why my payment you're sending me is past due is only forty some dollars and you're telling me over the phone that I haven't made a payment since January??!! These are the kinds of things I deal with ALL the time. The incompetence is so surreal to me. I asked why did I sign that paper then for help during the pandemic and for not reporting to the credit bureau's, she then stated we have no authority on reporting the the bureau's. I'm sorry, so why does the mortgage, utilities, and credit cards have that authority?! And why does this piece of paper I have state differently from THE MEDINA COUNTY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION?! The women proceeds to ask you can you make a partial payment?! Like I'm a magician and I can make it appear?! Maybe they have people that lie to them, I dont know. Like if she says over and over again I'm going to give in or something?! All I know is I would rather let this loan and my credit go then deal such incompetence. And my husband said maybe I should talk to a manager. SHE WAS A MANAGER!!! And all these 5 stars I dont believe are actually customers. DO NOT GO HERE. They will harrass you and not even give you the correct information!!!
