I absolutely hate this Chase bank. There is always something wrong with their ATM and never can deposit cash or it won't accept checks. There's always an issue with the ATM and I always have to drive to San Bernardino or Redlands. Because they're ATM machines always work. Took my mom to get another Debit card because she lost hers and to update her new address and information. I thought for sure that it was going to be a long and grueling process, but to my surprise...It was super fast! Employees were friendly and helpful. The drive through atm is always out of service. It's the only chase in Highland and it is never up and running. You can't go inside because the card scanner to open the doors is always out of service as well. read more

This branch is horrible. No access to secure atm in breezeway! Fix and maintain your equipment!! You can do better than this management.

If you need an atm, don't go here. They only have one drive up atm which is out of service 90% of the time. And their card swipe to use the secure atm's in the breezeway doesn't work. So you can't access the atm's inside. This place does not maintain their equipment and is just an inconvenience to their users. Avoid this branch if you can. read more

Went into branch to wire funds. I like they are very thorough with asking for more than just one form of ID. They were very patient with me with getting the wire information off their app on my phone. They wired the money and within an hour the receiving party confirmed they had the wire. Chase is a big bank and I'm not crazy about calling their 800 number. But the last time I called their 800 I got prompt service. I do like my chase Amazon credit card that gives me 5% off any Amazon purchases. I do know if I go into ANY branch of Chase that the people are very friendly and they will take care of my request. If I can give this branch a zero I would. The customer service is so bad! I felt like the people here hated their job. Maybe the management is subpar. They always have so many excuses to not give you service. If they don't want any contact then open the phone service line and make appointments thru there than letting people drive all the way there just to make an appointment...I don't even know why this branch exists! read more

Standing in line with 8 people and 1 teller 1 banker and 1 manager. Been here since 12:20 and it's now 12:45 and still 4 people in front of me this bank location sucks. Under staffed I pay 12 surcharge per account per month That means I should get I teller for an hour once a month at least, if it takes an hour in the bank to do business do they give you the surcharge back for wasting people's time? read more

I went to this branch to switch accounts due to fraud. I had closed my account over the phone and was told to come in and open a new account. This branch would not help me without an appointment. They said to come back in a week!!! I had no access to my money. I then went to the branch on Sterling and they were so nice and helped me immediately. When these employees finish with their customer, they just sit in their office-- without saying "hello" or "we'll be with you shortly". (You know, Customer Service Basics 101). I'm a chase card holder already but I also come and do deposits for my work place and everyone here is usually so nice but I really enjoyed Vanessa! I don't know if she's new because I haven't seen her before but, her customer service skills are excellent. I liked that she genuinely cared about how my day was and that she noticed on my Id I had just had a birthday and also asked about that. Granted I don't expect everyone to do this! Its not a requirement at all. It's just nice when people take the time to notice the little things though! I highly recommend chase! read more

Advice to the management: if you have a teller that has an injury and is not capable of writing or looking up your customers banking information you should find an alternate job for that person. Also, it is unacceptable for an employee to give the customers attitude because there's a lack of ability to perform job duties. read more

Customer service here is hit or miss. Some of the bank tellers are friendly and some are rude. They recently put up cheesy large bullet proof glass between you and the teller. It is VERY impersonal and does not make me feel safe. Sure, they will be safe if they get robbed, but what about me the customer? Not a good feeling. read more
