Horrible customer service I will be closing my account as soon as my payroll checks clear I do not recommend this bank I deposited my check on the September 6th and they want to hold it till the 17th I called customer service in the bank hold department rude lady name Vivian keep me on hold for 28mins to come back to say unfortunately I can't release those checks due to me not having a number to verify WTH!!! That's why I bank with arrowhead credit union for over 25yrs I've never had my checks kept that long on hold and her excuse was I don't have a number In my resources to call well look it up n help the customer well this is not the bank for me please people be careful when choosing a bank I recommend credit unions only because you get great customer service and treated with respect n dignity chase should be ashamed how they treat customers read more

I hadn't had any bad experiences with my personal Chase checking account until I opened a business account a month ago. Today I needed to withdraw some money but I found that my account was literally canceled. The interesting thing is that I have not received any email, call, or message in regard even when our profile contains all that information. When contacting customer service, a very unfriendly lady told me that the account had been closed because I did not reply to two paper letters Chase allegedly sent me, but that I never received. In any case, the balance that I deposited is lost somewhere and I'm not sure when I am going to get it back. I have not received a response from my executive George Caceres who, by the way, never contacted us to notify us of any problem. In summary, not very pleased at all with the service. read more

Came here with my wife to transfer her Safe Deposit Box since the Branch is relocating. We were helped by Angelica and she was able to get us in and out within 20 minutes on Labor Day weekend. This branch or chase in general really messed me up . I went to set up an estate account with joint beneficiaries. Everything was approved but the account was on hold because the first check had to clear and the other beneficiary ( my sister ) had to sign paperwork . She is living in another state but I was assured that wasn't a problem. Weeks go by and the account was still on hold . After the account escalated to higher management chase decide to close my account. I now have to wait for the estate check to be mailed to me . Well now I don't have an estate account at a time I need one . This has caused a lot of stress and problems to my family and I during a rough time for my family. You can be rest assured that as soon as I get through this , I will be closing all my accounts. Please think twice about banking with chase read more

I got an email recently telling me I got approved for another credit card and wanted to see the overall info of APR, limit, etc. so as I asked to speak to someone I was seated for a moment waiting as the receptionist went to about three offices where every person was like no as I can tell but just seeing their faces. After all three said no she went back again to the first person which was Angelina Avalos and asked her once again which you can see I was literally bothering her but they called me in her office to be helped which was nothing but awkward and forced on help. As I was waiting for her to see what credit card I was approved for she just said nope I see nothing and you're not approved for nothing and just sat there quiet like I was bothering her so bad so i just got up said thanks and left. Once I got to my car I then checked back for the email and In my app and it was still there. This is a great bank especially this branch but the customer service was a complete fail that day. If you're in customer relations you should leave your personal issues and attitude at home. I own an auto shop and I always show each customer respect no matter what and I just assume people should do the same but she definitely didn't. I want to start off positive by saying , I've had some great help and good customer service in the bank .... a couple people are especially great . But this is why I am writing ... We have 4-5 accts at the Redlands branch , and I know they have a lot of customers.. Every time I use the atms , 3 out front , they are filthy .... Today , they were covered with brown smudge and fingerprints as well as dirt from the air .... absolutely filthy .... whoever cleans them desnt even take the time to wipe off the machine or keep the keypad nice for customers.... They need to be cleaned daily ... really pretty insulting to bank here , and have such filthy , uncared for machines to have to use...thx read more

I like that it's conveniently close to my residence yet centrally located in downtown Redlands which makes it easy to swing by and use their ATM service. However, pretty dissapointed that having to come from the west, I have to drive around in circles in order to get into the parking lot. It's not something that this business can change I suppose, but makes it very difficult having to decide if I want to break the law and drive over a double yellow line and halt traffic while trying to turn into the parking lot. So just stuck parking at Sizzler most of the time. read more

I like this place a lot more now that I've been a customer awhile. They all know me by name and say hello when I walk in even though I'm only in there 2 to 3 times a month. The staffing is spot on so the lines move quickly even when it's super busy. My only real complaint is with the parking which is a bit tight. read more

Great people that work here, any time I have had to switch cards or have anything changed with my account I have had a good experience. On the other hand the walk up atm's are right on orange street which feels so sketchy sometimes. Constantly encountering people begging for money when your trying to withdrawal or deposit your hard earned cash. Im sorry but I work for my money and I don't know or owe anything to anyone. Our 2nd choice turned out to be the best! At first we were going to FFCU to open a joint account but the guy was rude it felt like we were rejects. I believe in things happen for a reason, that same week we got one of those coupons $300.00 from Chase. Went in and was immediately helped by Jorge Caceres. They installed a couple of automated tellers inside. However these are basically ATMs. Since they installed these they always have less tellers now. If I park my car and head into a bank it's to get help from a teller. I've consistently had very long wait times here because of the understaffing. read more
