It won't let me give negative stars. Branch management and the company as a whole are incompetent, inhumane, and unethical. Do not trust them with wires in or out. They lost over $200k wire and literally refused to do anything to help or fix the situation. I had to file a complaint with the BBB and I'm giving them about 4 more hours before I go to the police. read more

finally the doors are fixed!!! great news guys!!! after 2pm on saturdays you have to unlock the door with that cool device on the left hand side but wait theres more alllllll day sunday same yoooooou have to unlock the door...but wait even more monday- friday after 5 pm yep you guessed it yoooooouuu have to unlock that door.....thanks chase bank for keeping us safe during transactions day and night...dont forget the doors are on a cool timer they auto lock at 8pm and unlock again at 8 am !!!!!!! hope this helps all of you that are confused on the regular!!!.. read more

I am appalled by the way I was treated by Karla Martinez one of the supervisors. She has the worst attitude and is very disrespectful to her customers. She was extremely rude to me when I asked her to elaborate on why they couldn't cash a chase check for me when I have a Chase checking account. She started bobbing her head back-and-forth and rolling her eyes. I truly did not expect to get treated in such a Horrible manner especially by one of the supervisors. Usually quick and easy with business and personal account transactions, which is how I like it. On occasion, I'll get the usual sell up from the tellers to upgrade my account. I always say no and they don't push it. I understand its part of the job so no biggie. One thing is if you use the drive thru teller, make sure you have your paperwork ready. Was kinda irked at the fact I got a note from the teller that if I'm not prepared next time I'd have to go back around or enter the bank. But what's funny about that is that I had no cars ahead or behind me so I had no time to write up the paperwork in the first place. Apparently, I should of wrote it up while driving up or something. I come to this bank every weekend to process my check with them because this is the bank my employer uses as his primary account for his business. Normally it goes very smoothly and they are polite but today I was told that I look very "shady " and they have to have a manger look over my account even when I provided two forms of CALIFORNIA ID for them and that I have a record of cashing bank roll checks here and at other Chase locations. I was very offended how they treated me today making me wait over 30 minutes while they contacted my employers and making jokes about me I understand the precautions they have to take but that was completely uncalled for the way they treated me I will not be returning to this bank location read more

If I could give zero stars I would! My wallet was stolen yesterday so I called chase to cancel my card and request a new one. Because my drivers license was also in my stolen wallet I could not just walk into a branch and have a new card printed so I paid $5 to rush ship a new card to San Diego where my mailing address is. I live in Los Angeles.... So I'm driving 2 and a half hours to pick up MY replacement card. On the way I get a text that my account is negative because of a bill that came through last minute.. I am the sole income for my family, times are rough but I am responsible. I stopped into this branch to deposit $170 to clear my account and have extra money in there because is not an account I tend to keep money in but use it for bill pay. Because I do not have proper identification I brought in an expired Id, my birth certificate, social security card, and marriage certificate. I have access to my account on like to I wrote down the account number and explained the situation. The branch manager refused to help and insisted that I continue to drive and pick up the replacement card which at this point is about an hour and a half away and then use the card to deposit the money later ... Keep in mind I'm already negative so if this isn't done before 9pm pst I will have another fee to pay. I then attempted to call chase corporate while I was in the atm lobby, the clerk who was initially helping me tried to offer a solution. Of me "buying "a money order... How the hell does that make sense? You want me to spend more money to turn my cash into a money order and what difference is a cash deposit without current picture id compared to a money order without current picture id... Thank you chase lake Elsinore for opening my eyes to this sad excuse for a business. Great cysteine service. I will be closing my accounts and every person in my families. I want to be clear this is not on the bank at this address this complaint is on anybody who has Chase and has had to deal with their fraud account people that work inside the the fraud service I noticed 14.22 dollar fee on my account for an Amazon prime which I am not an Amazon shopper nor do I use prime I may order through Amazon once every 8 9 months when I contacted Chase Bank via the app that we all have I spoke to the first person and explain what was going on she transferred me over to the claim specialist department after being on the phone with this woman for an hour explaining you cannot close down my card my debit card because I have a rental that is linked to that debit card for every Monday they will pull out the rental fees and it was it would be too inconvenient to drive 83 miles to go down and sit down there and wait 5-6 hours 2% them with a new debit card which entails closing out my contract starting a whole new contract with the whole new deposit along with the payment of $202 I stressed it over and over and over again but don't will instead of this woman doing her job which is to tell me okay if you don't allow us to close your debit card down you will then cancel out your claim against Amazon instead at the end of being on the phone arguing with her for one solid hour she informs me that okay within 2 to 3 business days we will credit you back the $14.22 that Amazon try to take but don't worry about it cuz your debit card will not be closed guess what she she closed it anyways I just tried to deposit some money from one app into my bank card that it is linked to now my money is lost in limbo because this crazy woman closed down my my debit cardI strongly suggest to anybody don't ever use Chase Bank if you're with them I know you're having the same issues as I do it's drama with that bank on a constant worst bank in the whole United States is Chase Bank and if I could find a way to give them zero Stars I would but in order to leave this on where people could see how pissed off and how unprofessional the people in the claims department with Chase Bank are I had to give him at least one star but honestly they deserve nothing read more
