For absolutely no reason, they had decided to close his account when he made no charges to it and when it was only a day old. They provided no helpful alternatives nor did they provide us with at least an explanation as to why the account was closed. They claimed that it's because they flagged my mom's account but her credit score is excellent and she doesnt have any fraudulent charges (neither does me nor my dad). Additionally, I tried to cancel an annoying Amazon charge that I had canceled and they refused to do so. Terrible customer service on corporate's part and on the mobile customer service people's part.

Multiple promises broken over and over and over again! Right now we are in the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic and I ask for help with my mortgage payments until my tenets can get back on their feet. At first they tell me no problem just send us an email with your request. No one ever calls me back and then they take money out of my account! When I call they say it was a mistake and they will credit the money back. Two days later they call my secretary and say they are not crediting the money back. So much for caring about people! STAY AWAY AS THEY ARE SIMPLY BAD PEOPLE!!!!!!! Well, this is a story that just has to be told to protect everyone else. On Thursday I went to the…read moredrive through teller to deposit a check into my account. I live in Bucks County but I work in Pennington. I have probably been to this branch of my bank once or twice. This was my first time using the drive up teller. The teller asked me first if I had a deposit slip. I said no, I don't have one. She said "okay, imma go out of my way today and get you one". Passive aggressive much? Okay, I let it slide and said nothing. She deposited my check. She did not ask me which of my 3 accounts to deposit it to, and I asked her which she was putting it into and she had already deposited it to a different one. I let that go too. This is what I can't let slide. She asked me if I was interested in a home mortgage rebate credit card. I don't use credit which is what I told her and I said I am not interested. She pushed for me to look into it. I said my husband handles those things and he is not here. She said okay but you should consider it. Well imagine my surprise when on Monday I logged in to check my debit account balance and I have a credit card account from Wells Fargo on my online access with a credit limit of $3000. I called over to Wells Fargo corporate who advised that the account was opened that day at the drive through. I can't even believe this. I am not sure if this girl was trying to steal my identity or just wanted commisson, as I don't know how they're paid. The corporate gentleman immediately closed it but honestly, I don't understand how she could get the authority to run my credit, and apply me for something without my knowledge. That thought scares me. I am really upset about this issue. I called the branch manager who assured me that there would be something done about this, but, I will never use this branch again and I am considering switching to a credit union. This was a terrible experience, enough to sever my ties with a bank I've had since I first got a checking account over 10 years ago as a high school kid.
