So done with this place! If you want to be able to get help from someone in your local branch, this is not the bank for you! I should also add that when the branch forces you to deal with the 800 line the wait time to get to a non agent is at the minimum 45 minutes. So if something comes up in life, like things always do, and you need to call your branch because you can't make it in you are straight out of luck! The branch replies to these bad reviews saying that when you finally get through to someone at the 800 number you just tell them you need to speak with the branch. I am on the line with the 800 number right now and they are refusing to send me to the branch even when I ask for the branch manager. So the replies in these reviews from the branch are another lie. You cannot be asked to be transferred to the branch because they will say they are too busy and refuse to transfer you. The agent cannot even give me a yes or no answer and refuses to let me speak with someone at the branch. Worst institution ever!! Edit: I just spent an hour on the phone fighting with them, most of that was being on hold, they put me on another hold and left me for 20 minutes then hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT UNION! She literally took two hours to walk me through every aspect of the services they provide, while assisting others as well as one person could.
