They turn off the branch phone so it sends you to the 800 number where you speak with people who…read morecan't answer all your questions because they have never worked in a branch. So done with this place! If you want to be able to get help from someone in your local branch, this is not the bank for you! I should also add that when the branch forces you to deal with the 800 line the wait time to get to a non agent is at the minimum 45 minutes. So if something comes up in life, like things always do, and you need to call your branch because you can't make it in you are straight out of luck! The branch replies to these bad reviews saying that when you finally get through to someone at the 800 number you just tell them you need to speak with the branch. I am on the line with the 800 number right now and they are refusing to send me to the branch even when I ask for the branch manager. So the replies in these reviews from the branch are another lie. You cannot be asked to be transferred to the branch because they will say they are too busy and refuse to transfer you. The agent cannot even give me a yes or no answer and refuses to let me speak with someone at the branch. Worst institution ever!! Edit: I just spent an hour on the phone fighting with them, most of that was being on hold, they put me on another hold and left me for 20 minutes then hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT UNION! It's only meant for people who prefer life to be a constant battle lol

I have gone in twice for notary services & recently for documentation relating to a trust. The staff have always been helpful, pleasant & efficient. I've only ever had to wait just a few minutes & everyone there is so friendly!

I waited 40 minutes to meet with Chris; he was the only customer service rep working at the time (besides the tellers). I am not sure if they are understaffed, or if his coworker(s) were taking a long break, but i was very frustrating to wait so long for something so simple. Once Chris was done helping the clients at his desk, he walked over to inform me that he had an appointment ahead of me (I was just a walk-in), and he'd be another 20 minutes or so. Unfortunately I didn't have the time to wait that long, so I became a little agitated. I came off as rude to Chris, but instead ofbeing offended or upset at my attitude, he gracefully asked the fellow with an appointment if he could help me first. The kind gentleman agreed, and Chris walked me over to his desk. After Chris explained his answers to all my questions (most of which i found to be easily answered by myself with the slightest amount of research), I sure felt like a doofus. Chris was always kind and incredibly helpful despite my bad attitude. Somebody give Chris a raise, and hire him some help!
