The Branch manager was very professional, and very good at her job. Any questions I had she was very good at answering my questions. She literally took two hours to walk me through every aspect of the services they provide, while assisting others as well as one person could. Now Citizens bank in Lebanon Oregon has absolutely no atms. we were using US banks atms at no…read morecharge and now they're charging 3$ per transaction. The only atm available in Lebanon is at the 7 11. How convenient is that??????? Not at all. When I called and asked for a refund on the 3$ fees and they refused. They are also not planning on ever putting back atms at Citizens bank. Absolutely not a good choice of bank if you're looking. I have been banking with them for almost 30 years and you get nothing for that!!!!!!!

I waited 40 minutes to meet with Chris; he was the only customer service rep working at the time (besides the tellers). I am not sure if they are understaffed, or if his coworker(s) were taking a long break, but i was very frustrating to wait so long for something so simple. Once Chris was done helping the clients at his desk, he walked over to inform me that he had an appointment ahead of me (I was just a walk-in), and he'd be another 20 minutes or so. Unfortunately I didn't have the time to wait that long, so I became a little agitated. I came off as rude to Chris, but instead ofbeing offended or upset at my attitude, he gracefully asked the fellow with an appointment if he could help me first. The kind gentleman agreed, and Chris walked me over to his desk. After Chris explained his answers to all my questions (most of which i found to be easily answered by myself with the slightest amount of research), I sure felt like a doofus.
