Each of the 12 months I would make my payment on the 1st of the month and the payment never pulled until the 4th or 5th of the month, your average middle class family has a hard time keeping that money in there for days on end until they pull it, especially when the average family has a lot of other automatic payments coming out, utility bills, food, gas, etc. my phone bill, my new car payment, everything else comes out the day I make the payment. Also, I am on week 8 of waiting for my title since I paid the car off. they have had excuses after excuses and since the dealership that bought my car is the one that sent in the payoff check they have been calling them too and the stories, they tell the dealership do not match the stories they tell me.
