I have been a chase customer for about 15 years and happy with the services they provide as I only need basic checking and savings. This branch is clean and conveniently located by my house. Hours of operation are: Monday-Friday 8:30am-6pm, Saturday's 9am-2pm, and closed on Sundays. Most branches are really busy with long lines but personally every time, I have visited it was a short trip.

It returned my check and card so I went to the branch's other ATM at the drive thru lane. Same thing. It said my check needed my review but the review screen had the correct amount. Pressing the accept check button did nothing. The check was a check from another bank so there should be no problem processing it. Now I have to go back to the branch during business hours. One deposit a month doesn't sound like a big deal but if you miss a month they sock you with a $10 fee. Since neither HSBC nor Citizens would tell HSBC customers if those fees would apply to them, I decided to close my long standing accounts. I have had accounts at this branch going back to the late 1970s. I told the teller I wanted to close my accounts and she didn't even ask why I was closing my accounts after 42 years. That's fine, banking can be impersonal but whenever I made a deposit at this branch, the teller would start looking up my recent transactions and try to sell me more services like a line of credit. But closing my accounts after 42 years didn't raise an eyebrow. Not that I would have stayed if she asked why but it seemed odd that she didn't.

My visit was exclusively to open an account for my mom. Daphnee Nicolas was the financial services…read morerepresentative who assisted us and she was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed having a brief conversation with her and she definitely took her time to ensure my mom was satisfied. For me this is important as my mom is special for me and I appreciate those who give her their time and respect. We chose to open a basic checking account but Daphnee did inform us of other options to help us decide which is the best for us. She helped us set up the online banking account, made sure to check if the ATM card worked effectively, and gave us TD souvenirs at the of our visit. The bank is open 7 days a week with Sunday being 11-3pm. This branch also has safe deposits which can be accessed on Sundays as well. Upon arrival sign in is required for financial services and safe deposit use. Though, I didn't need to utilize the teller service but the line was long but I think it did fairly move at a decent pace. Definitely admit to the fact there's only 1 ATM machine located at the main door upon entrance. Which obviously can be frustrating to use during rush hours. Drive through ATM is available as well for your inconvenience. Best perk of this location is their free parking lot. That's definitely one less thing to worry about!!
