I have my personal, business, and kids accounts here, and aside from normal small hiccups (couldn't name accounts for a short while), I'm seriously considering moving another business' accounts here, too. Their rates maybe aren't always the best, and they don't have the flexibility that independent brokers may have, but I find there's less smoke & mirrors as you'll find at larger banks, and I always appreciate the local, personal touch. When he returned to provide the receipts, the cash back and he was carrying the bin of doggy treats!! My pup is super excited, he took the time, to take few out and fed her, himself. It's been awhile, since I felt welcomed at this bank, with such courtesy, offering mee a seat means a great deal. I'm on oxygen, easily run out of breath and often feel faint.
