So, after an hour of filling my head with nonsense I was convinced I would make a lot more. My goal was to save more money so I did it. Sebastian failed to tell me that I had to have a minimum of 20k BALANCE at all times or I would get charged $30 A MONTH. He also failed to tell me that all my auto payments for my bills would no longer work. I went back repeatedly asking them to put things back they way they were... but EVERY TIME, I got a song and dance until I went to ANOTHER WellsFargo bank and they told me I was basically scammed. Now, GUESS how much extra money this "amazing" new savings account earned me over the course of 1 year? .002 cents... BUT, it cost me way more in over draft fees (even though I had the money) and $30 a month just to have the "high yielding" account! That is how you treat someone who has been a loyal customer for 27 years? SHAME!!
