Start up was easy and went very smoothly. However, in the past 12 months my policy has been cancelled and restarted 3 times and I haven't done a thing. Just lack of attention by this agent and his staff. While they agreed to cover extraneous costs and promised the matter had been corrected, I'm back at square one again with a mortgage company threatening action. Such a disappointment.

State Farm invested in recreating the accident, supported that we were not at fault and hired an Attorney to represent us and our concerns. We never heard from the opposing drivers attorneys again.
