Almost 3 weeks process to open an account because they do it by appmnt only and only one person is qualified to open the account I've already came in 2x now and provided all my documentation and the gal tells me the rest will only take a few minutes then wait another 5-7 days to order a card to get to me. Walked in, friendly greeting Very professional looking and branch was beautiful!! I was appointed to Rosa L she was absolutely outstanding, professional and prompt! She completed my request in no time, explained some of the features of the atm's inside and out in which I've never seen before.. Felt appreciated of her time and info. Great job TEAM! ROSA LOZANZO in Maricopa went above and beyond! We had our elderly parents with us from Casa Grande. I had thought I scheduled an appointment on line but when we got there they did not have us on their schedule. Rosa came out of her desk area and explained that her appointment had cancelled and she could assist us. She could have sat back and said nothing. We needed yo wrap up loose ends since I live in Michigan and this appointment was very important. Absolute worst chase bank. Every time I come in, they don't have enough people working. They want to set up appointments 1 week out. Who has the time to work around their lack of staff? Staff is great! The "big box" is really a horrible design. Very borg-like cold and uninviting. Other than ATM stuff, I can do most of what it does for me on my smartphone. Also, from what I've seen when I visit, they'd have to add a handle and move it two miles south to the casino just to get people to use it. ATM or teller line, everyone steers clear. read more

You walk in the bank the people sitting inside the little offices don't speak, say hello, blink a eye or anything (no , there wasn't anyone in there with them, one of the workers made eye contact with me and still didn't speak) The tellers are friendly so that's a plus, but when I walk into a place of business I expect to be greeted or that's not a thing anymore... I just started banking with Chase just to have something local BUT I'll stick with keeping my money in USAA. read more

I have never been treated so poorly by a bank associate in any bank. When we were talking to the banker, he completely ignored us and the things we were trying to talk about with him. We went in because we thought my wife's account had been hacked and wanted to know for sure. He told us that our account had been closed because it was a student account and grabbed his scissors and cut up my wife's card without even asking us. The money that my wife had on the account was just gone and he basically just told us we were SOL. He didn't apologize or offer any kind of restitution and sent us on our way without saying anything. We will never go back. We've changed to Wells Fargo and we've had nothing but good experiences. read more

I really don't like that they took out the front line tellers and put in machines. It's like they are saying screw you, thanks for banking with us but we don't want to deal with you. The lines are longer and slower . They only have the machine and 2 tellers in the back, to help with the inside line and the drive thru window. Juanna is an awesome banker, I love her. My hubby and I will only deal with her bc she is really kind and has great customer service skills. Some of those guys need to quit bc that act like they hate to have to deal with customers and the questions. The back teller ladies are also amazing. They are alwayss smiling and friendly just like Jaunna. You can't even walk in and speak to a banker if you don't have an appointment to see them. I recently opened a checking and savings account with your institution as i already have a line of credit and an auto loan through chase. I thought this would make things easier when the reality is that I could not have had a worse experience. to date I have not received my debit card in about 2 weeks, however you have my money. when I attempted to order one online I was told to go to a branch. this is a MAJOR inconvenience, especially this day and age where everything can be done online. you had no problems opening the account or taking my money online, but somehow cant issue a debit card? so I go into your branch and stand in the middle of the lobby with a clueless look on my face, obviously needing assistance. 2 employees were chatting it up for over 3 minutes and then on their way out ask casually if I had a question. is this really how you greet a customer? I told them what I needed and they told me they were very busy and to come back tomorrow. really?! this is absolutely unacceptable on all fronts. I expect this to be resolved asap otherwise I will reverse the direct deposit and go back to my other bank since you are CLEARLY incapable of offering the most basic of customer service and access to your own account. I cant say I would recommend your bank to anyone for all of the reasons above. it's really no wonder that you have to bribe new customers to open accounts. read more

I've been into this location 2 times within the past 2 weeks and I have never been inside before. Both times I worked with the same person. He was very unprofessional and seemed like I was bugging him that I need to sit with a banker. He didn't bother to ask how my day was.. the common courtesy questions you usually get from a banker. It was silence the entire time and he only talked when he needed to ask me a question regarding my transaction then complete silence again. It was very awkward and uncomfortable to sit with him. I'd rather drive to chandler and work with bankers who I have had better experiences with in the past. I mean working with anybody's money and finances is a big deal and I shouldn't feel awkward or uncomfortable when it comes to seeing a banker about my acct. he definitely shouldn't be in this line of business if he continues to treat customers this way. Sad I'm wanting to drive 30+ minutes just to service my acct now. Think I'll just switch my accts to another bank that actually values my business. Forgot to mention the awful pee smell and uncleanliness at the entrance of the store. Disgusting! read more

I've always had a good experience w/ Chase. Their customer service is excellent. I love the fact that I can in there to cash my check or make a transaction without them trying to sale products to me or open new accounts like Wells Fargo does. Bill has helped me out a few times and has made things very convenient for me! I have been with Chase for quite a few years now and will continue to stay w/ them. read more
