Of the $300 I had, the ATM only took ONE of my 3 bills. I tried multiple times to deposit the cash, but kept getting the same error message: "Inserted cash is either invalid or exceed the permissible number of cash limit. Please verify and re-insert your cash." I even tried using the other ATM, but it did the same thing. It kept spitting out my $200. So I tried depositing one bill at a time, and when that didn't work, I flipped the bill over and it STILL didn't work. SMH!!! I was frustrated because I get off work at 5 and they close at 5, so I had to go into the branch on a Saturday to deposit the last 200 of the original 425 that I had. What a headache!! I was hoping there wasn't going to be a crazy line since it's payday weekend, but time my surprise, there was only one person ahead of me. Van helped me with my transaction and she was super friendly. We were chatting about my disappointment in their ATMs as well as the Mesa location's ATMs. She apologized for them not working properly, and finished my deposit for me. Thank you Van, and NFCU for being open until 2 pm on Saturdays so that people like me can get our business done! Btw, both ATMs were not working today during my visit around 1 pm. I forget the name of the person who helped me, but yesterday 4/28, I was doing a deposit/change run for a business. The business account is with Chase, so that's where I dropped the deposit and tried getting change. I forgot to write down the account #, so they wouldn't give me change over $100, which I get is policy, but the guy at Chase was rude and had attitude. NEVER at Wells Fargo do I get spoken to how I do at other financial institutions! I left frustrated, because it was 4:50pm and I NEEDED change for the business, so I tried speeding to Wells, my personal bank before they closed (which I HATE doing). I made it 1 min before close, and I forget the name of the person who helped me, but they were they were so welcoming and friendly right off the bat. I apologized for coming late, and he assured me there was nothing to worry about and he'd love to help me with my transaction. Had such teddy bear energy, and a lovely cream sweater, looked and acted very professional and courteous! We got it taken care of and had a nice chat, SO much better than the vibes I felt at Chase. It may seem like a simple instance, or an easy transaction, but the relief I felt in that moment as he helped me with my issues with the upmost care and respect is what makes me stay with you guys. I always get treated so well, whenever I go in branch or call over the phone. Any issues I have get resolved ASAP, nobody will change my mind, I LOVE WELLS FARGO.

The new manager at this location goes so far out of her way to question what customers are doing at…read morethe bank. It's almost like an interrogation. She's well aware I don't like to use the ATM machine for good reason and I usually always need a cashiers check. I've never had an issue in over 10 years at this location. but her continuous interrogation is aggravating. She clearly knows I don't want to use the ATM, but she hassles me every time. I do all I can to avoid going to that bank. I've had a business account there since 2005. She's very condescending and gets up in my personal space practically in myface as she's questioning me. Makes you like a criminal as she stands in my way and stops me from walking up to the teller, losing my spot in line as she's continuously questioning me I'm sure there's more people going to complain about this. This happened on December 5 of 2024. I feel sorry for the employees and other customers that gotta put up with her. Wish Wells Fargo would test me on this and send someone in there to see if this is really happening to their customers, I'm sure they would fire her.
