Before I switched to a different bank entirely I went to give this branch a shot and I love it. They are on point and very consistent and go the extra mile every time. The manager here is awesome and I feel like the staff here cares. TJ gave me recommendations of stuff to do on vacation and is always super nice. I even set up my business account here. I can't say enough great things about this branch. Top notch and consistent.

Theyve been my bank for 4 years. Have always done their job. They have a worker , an older lady…read morethat laughs nervously. I know its just a nervous laugh because she does it every time she opens her mouth. But she speaks to you like you're dumb, so idk if the laugh is because shes aware of how she's speaking to you . Or if sues speaking to you like your dumb to try and calm herself down. Not sure but she is my least favorite person there and is the only bad quality ive found while going in.

The staff is more than willing to help you. They are open later, but be warned there will be a line. I called immediately to report what had happen while on the phone with the bank she clearly stated she was giving me a provisional credit. Let the truth be told my money your malfunctioning ATM your not giving me nothing with all do respect your fixing your mistake. I was there on buisiness to retrieve what I work my job to pay my bills while on the phone with the lady reporting what had happen made it clear that I was making another transaction to retrieve the money I came to get to pay a bill in the first place entitled to worked for it. She agreed I proceeded let her know that transaction went well. I received a letter saying they want me to pay them back $ 250. You have a camera right there you know how much money you feel the ATM with correct ,follow me now called my branch spoke with a teller by the name of Sheryl very nasty diposition from a customer point of view. She tried to tell me I had no money in my account which check was freshly deposited got proof would not let me speak with some one with the power to get to fix there mistake. Which her boss is Luigi he supposedly was not there. I am notifying the attorney general channel 7 news and will move to legal litigation. Why would I owe you and the bank never gave me my money. After having an incredibly bad experience with CITIBANK I found refuge with Phoebe Kerby and her team close to home. I wasn't particularly unhappy with Fifth Third bank but the atmosphere at LCNB is so extraordinarily wonderful that I moved all of my Fifth Third money to LCNB as well. LCNB is the only bank that I will every need.
