I read the reviews for this branch, and I have to say that I've not experienced any of the problems reported. I will say that if you call a bank during business hours you will probably not get the service you expect, primarily because the tellers are waiting on customers and handling cash transactions. Each time I visit this branch in Mooresville I'm met by someone with a smile, and a kind word. I'm assisted fairly quickly and have no complaints. I am very very disappointed after had opened an acct. Here that my daughter highly recommended. I've had nothing but issues here and there with this bank. I made a recent deposit and should have gotten it the following business day, now it tells me I can't get it until the 24th. ?? Umm really that is my money and I have bills to pay. Been trying to call the bank for days. They don't answer the phone. Very frustrating.

We opened another checking account today at this Chase bank location. We did wait 15-20 minutes to get helped. We were greeted right away but all bank personnel were busy with other customers. Even when we were placed with someone, they left to do some scanning or faxing, and we almost fell asleep waiting. It got better from there. The banker we met with was personable and got the account set up quickly. We were also having some beneficiary's added to our accounts which she took care of at the same time as setting up the account. Even though we had to wait a bit, the overall experience was good. We have conducted business in other banks and where we got waited on immediately, but the banker took forever to get our business completed. So the banker we met with today at Chase was really impressive. We are looking forward to a good business relationship with Chase. read more

Susan made this branch look absolutely horrendous. Maybe a little bit of retraining and having her actions be held accountable to her customer service skills should be acted upon. Speaking with customers the way she spoke to me today is an absolute disgrace to Chase Bank in Mooresville and made the experience the equivalent to a very poor drive through employee at a White Castle. Also, maybe answering the phone without making it obvious you hate your job would ensure a slightly better review. read more

People are so nice here but it's so frustrating that they never answer phone calls- ever. So if you call to ask a simple question you can never reach anyone. You are gonna have to make the drive and ask in person or call the Plainfield branch. read more

I like Chase. After a horrible experience with MainSource Bank, Chase was a welcomed change. Their ample locations are a huge plus as your bank or bank machine is always right around the corner. This particular location has two exterior ATMs. It is often much faster to go to those than to go inside as they get really busy and always seem to be short-handed. read more
