Because I was doing some transactions with Crypto and some wire transactions, they decided to shut down my account with no reason. I was never overdrawn. I did have a client that unfortunately had a problem with his bank and they decided that they were gonna take it out on me as well. Big banks suck.! read more

Where do I begin? I like Chase bank. I've used them for years (along with another bank). I like their free checking. I've had a car loan from them in the day. I've had credit cards through chase too. You get the idea. But this branch is so frustrating. They never have enough people working there. And every time you need a special service or a question answered that can't be handled by the one or two tellers? It takes forever. It's not that they aren't pleasant when you see them. But the wait is ridiculous. Today, however, one gentleman was downright rude. There were three of us waiting. The guy ahead of me had been there 20 minutes when I got there..., The lady who came in after me asked the teller if she could help her and mentioned the long wait. The customer service rep stood up and very rudely explained that the 3 people working were helping others and she'd just have to wait. It was his tone and volume that was the most upsetting. The older woman's blood pressure went scarily high. In actuality, the 3rd person -- not to be seen -- was on the phone the entire time. Two women in the middle booth just seemed to be gossiping in Spanish. The guy that yelled (and yes he yelled! ) was the only one actually working. A lady came along to help the guy in front of me. Finally. I asked when he was done if she could help me. She said no I had to wait for one of the others based what I needed done. I made the mistake of saying that the guy had been rude to the lady waiting, as a by the way... and I was contradicted! Don't yell me he wasn't loud and rude! Where's the "customer" service part? I decided 35+ minutes was long enough. I left. Whoever is the branch manager deserves to be re-trained in customer service and how to allocate staff. read more

Chase should be very embarrassed at this branch.. The customer service is horrible.. I have banked with chase for years (personally and for my business) Never would I recommend anyone to go here. I have had several problems here, but as it is near my business I made the mistake of going there once more.... I swear never again. It was not busy today when I went in... I waited 20 minutes (not at close it was 2:45) to see a representative; only to be asked are you waiting for someone... then they told me that they had to had all customers leave for 30-45 mins. Chase customer for many years, and I must say that PISSED OFF! I get a call over the weekend, pertaining to a fraud alert to my surprise case fraud department is not open on the weekends, that really doesn't make any sense? They left a phone number and a reference number for me to call back, I called back and I must say, the amount of phone props that I had to endure was totally ridiculous, it was almost like they wanted to pass it back into the automated system. The biggest thing, that made me so frustrated is that the first prompts weren't about fraud but was a marketing strategy to sell life alert, Social Security benefits, etc. that even made me more pissed! I finally realized, that I should only prompt if I'm interested in these services, I ended up getting passed on to a customer service agent, who was in India . No this is ridiculous, a company like Chase outsourcing to India, what a sin... I explain to the customer service agent that I wanted to be transferred to somebody in the United States, and she did so. A customer service agent here in the states picked up, and I explain to her how frustrating it was to get a phone call on the weekend that possibly involves fraud on my credit card account. But I didn't stress, actually I really didn't stress that I thought it was horrible and sinful that Chase would use a strategy like this, to have people call in yes for the reason of trying to market some stupid services, lol! To top it off, when I voiced my frustration the customer service agent acted like I had made some kind of a mistake, and pretty much should just live with it? I stress to her, stop reading your screen to what you were supposed to say to the customer the bottom line, it is totally wrong and what Chase is doing to market outside services. Explain to her, how does an individual support a company that is involved in deception from the standpoint of marketing outside services they have nothing to do with fraus possibility and ones account? I've had a few issues at this branch, the last of which I will describe but the summary is that the cashier Stanley as well as the manager Castillo are not willing to do the work required of them and their customer service is terrible. I came in to make a simple deposit, filled out the slip correctly but since I had a few dollars in change today I went inside instead of using the new atms which do not accept change. When I got to the cashier (there was no line), he was talking to the other cashier and made a face then pointed to the other. The reason was he was the drive thru teller and was gossiping at a terminal...1 minute wasted. I proceeded to the next and only teller and gave him my deposit, whenever i dropped the coins from my change bag he stopped and told me flatly: "We don't accept coins." To which I was flabbergasted and said the ATM doesnt either and I'd like to deposit these. He said "They have to be in rolls." I replied there isnt enough of each denomination to roll them - it was just a few dollars, mostly quarters, $0.70 in nickles and some dimes and pennies. He said nothing but just left me standing there and walked away!!! *2 minutes wasted. He went to the back and 3 minutes later came back with a manager C. CASTILLO I believe, who was very rude and tried to tell me that they wouldnt take my coins and I was holding up the line (as now there was a line due to their unwillingness to work at counting a bit of change). I re explained that the atm doesnt let me deposit change and that there isnt enough for rolls and that regardless it is legal tender that I would like deposited in my account. After a bit of these same exchanges between he and I, he replied rudely again that I was holding up the line, to which I said if he would rather I could close the account and give me the money now in Stanleys hands and I'll be off, to which he said "No need for that, Stanley will take care of you." Then he stormed off. *10 minutes total wasted! I am seriously considering never banking at Chase again as this type of service, as well as rampant fees that better banks would never expose me to are the norm at Chase. read more

Get pretty decent service whenever I go. I've been a member of Chase and WaMu for about 13 years now and have never had any issues. The only issue I've really only had was one manager questioned something on a business account of mine and was a straight dick about it for no reason other than ego (you're a manager of a bank, your parents must be so proud lol). One star rating is an absolute deal for the manager of this bank , ini would rate it -5 stars. This morning i decided to go make a deposit that would include coins . 9 windows from the bank would occupy 2 tellers which 1 of those was bussy doing something else . Long line from the very opening ... the guy next to me on line (tattoed hispanic) very pissed of at me because my transaction seemed long . He made it explicit , i responded "the bank is responsable" , he took it badly and continue to push and insult ... I disregard , of course . He continue the rant and i observed " no one" taking care of the situation . The man continues his ways by making explicit he would take it to the next level " outside the bank" ( everything happened in a very angry and local way .... No reaction from any employee but telling both of us to get into control ... I got off the bank and nothing happened . But if it did ... No one credit what could have happened out of the banks door . I could Not deposit coin money ... PNC provided me with coin bands for deposit , Not chase ... 15 years customer has an advantage ... They know Nothing about me and they could care less , after all they also get paid very poorly . After 15 years im ready to close my accounts no longer than tuesday . Went to this branch for the first time today because it is near by job. When I arrived there were 2 people in line, waiting On the tellers, and no one there to guide the other customers that needed help. There are no signs and no one to ask anything. I signed In on a pad that was on a desk that was referring to the customers for a safe deposit box but no one ever came out and checked it or called people. I could see that the regulars were just walking in the office were a representative was working and getting help. Keep in mind they all came after me and yes was done and left. I went over and asked the unnamed Hispanic man for help he acted as if he didn't hear me, and left his office and came back to meet a handicap woman. I asked another young man for help and I was told he was helping someone. I was there for 45 min and ended up just writing a check and leaving which is what most of the people did. The customer service is really bad. They will directly lie to you. I have chase on my car loan, I use chase for my merchant account and my personal account and my main banking account for my company. I spend at a minimum of $2000.00 a month with everything with chase. This will soon come to a end. read more
