I would like to appreciate Cristian, an employee who works for this branch. For the past two and a half months, my ATM / Debit card order has been so ridiculous that it took me two months to arrive in about a week. I don't know what the true cause is. Before going to this branch, I first went to the Palm Desert branch. However, the results were not good and the response remained unmediated. Then, I went to this branch of Rancho Mirage, and I was lucky enough to meet Mr. Cristian, who was very kind to me, and was very friendly and very comfortable for me as a customer. First of all i just want to say that Irina is rude. Me , my kids and my aunty with disability came to the bank to deposit the money,there's a line so i need to seat my aunt ( the one who have an account at the bank)because shes having a hard time to breathe. So when its our turn Irina called me and I immediately went to my aunt to assist her going to Irina's counter. Then when we went back to her counter she assisted the guy before me a regular client why i did say that, everyone in the counter was greeting the guy. We really felt bad and disrespected! read more

I set up appt and met with Nicole.. ( I was 20 minutes early) I explained I didn't have access to a printer .. I needed a years statements to verify payments I made for health insurance to the IRS.. She happily printed out everything.. handed me a stack of papers.. I got home and found several copies and triple copies of certain months and missing copies of 5 months.. every time I've sent emails I would get a generic response and to top it off the bank charged me 12.00... ive been a customer with chase ( previously wamu) over 25 years.. I've been banking at Chase for years at the Rancho Mirage location on bob hope drive. The tellers have always been very pleasant and helpful! I enjoy going there. And the Manager Bea is just awesome! They have always taken care of our personal and business accounts with great care! It's one of the only business's in the desert that I enjoy going into! read more

I do private banking as well as banking for my retail store and she has always been very pleasant and knowledgeable and just plain fun to interact with, I wish more banks had people like Miracle working there, it would make banking feel like less of a chore. I just joined Chase bank about 3 months ago and after going in a few times (it's out of my way) I've had only great experiences with the tellers and their service! They are quick and efficient! I am a customer of Chase and another bank and I have been with chase for 20 years! One thing that is unbelievable with Chase is that across the country they are the most consistent with their staff, I guess their trainer is far superior to other bank. I have been with Chase before it was Chase, when it WAS Washington Mutual. All those years must account for something. I guess not because I was told with my expired driver's I can't access my account. However I HAD my account card and 4 digit pen. I HAD my old dl and valid paperwork for new dl which is on its way in the mail. AND I HAD my government valid ID card. So let me get this straight... I could vote at election time, I can fly with TSA (the strictest agency in America) but u can't access my checking account???!!!!! If you have Chase reconsider. Ask a bank for yourself what their policies are or at the last minute when you are in need of help you won't get it from THIS BRANCH. Other branches are friendlier and professional. The policies and procedures are evidently different. What THIS BRANCH won't do for you other branches will. Also had a teller post my $250 cash to the wrong account. Keep your receipts people because they are lazy here and obviously not held accountable for their lack of professionalism. Throw out some names: Natalie and Andre. You get a zero star as you are a zero employee. Besides the bad service, your attitude needs work as well. read more

In the past, our Rancho Mirage Chase branch was wonderful. Yesterday, it was just the opposite. 2 days ago, I made a 2PM appt to have a document notarized. Yesterday, I arrived 1:30PM (30 minutes early) and the notary was busy with the previous client. I sat and waited. No problem. The tellers were on/off busy, the rest of the time they were just standing around talking. Again, no problem. About 1:45PM, when the notary was done, she disappeared into the back office. I thought she would be back in a moment. Nope. At 2:05PM, I asked a teller if the notary is coming back because she is late for our appointment. I was told she is having lunch, would be out soon and I need to sit and wait. At 2:15PM, the next customers came in who also had an appointment. No one came to talk to them either. I warned them they are going to wait a LONG time. A few minutes later, a teller FINALLY went to the back room to tell the notary her customers are piling up. After the notary came out, she was efficient helping me. When I complained about waiting, she said the tellers are supposed to tell her when customers arrive. She is half right - the tellers failed to show any interest in helping customers who were waiting with appointments. The notary was also to blame because she could have looked out to see if people were waiting before disappearing into the back room, or checked at her appointment time instead of staying in the back room. In the past, this was a wonderful bank. I hope this is not the new-normal for Chase in Rancho Mirage. If yes, I need a new bank. read more

Chase has instituted a new policy that if you have a business checking account, you must have it linked (whatever that means) to your personal checking account, and have an average daily balance of at least $25000 between the two, or face a service fee of $15 per month. I'm going bank shopping. read more

Every time I use this branch there is a line and only one teller. Four employees were sitting at their desks/computers oblivious to the six of us in line. Kudos, however to the one teller as he was very nice and professional. read more

Let me start off by saying one star is too high. I have had my account since the bank was owned by Washington Mutual. The ATM ate my card, so I requested a new card. They told me 5-7 business days. Two weeks later, no card, so I went into the branch to get a card issued that day. They used to have "instant issue card machines." Guess what, they don't have the machines anymore. Obviously, A-they don't trust their employees or B-they no longer care about customer service. I chose the B option. I went home and called Chase back. After waiting on hold 10 minutes, the male rep answered with his mute button pressed. When he couldn't hear me, he hung up. I called back again and fortunately the young lady answered and knew how to operate her telephone. She researched my request and told me they sent the card to another address. I have had my correct address on file for five years! She said they could expedite another card and it would be here in two business days. Then she said, oh ya, there is a five dollar charge for that service. That was all I was going to take and vented at her for ten minutes. This was their error and they wanted to charge me for their incompetence. Chase used to have ATM machines in Arco stations, but removed them. I have an account with Chase for convenience, but they are no longer a convenient financial institution. I dealt with three different Chase employees and did not have good customer service with any of them. What does that tell you? My recommendation is for everyone to remove your money and invest in a credit union. You are not treated like this and they have better rates. read more

Had a problem when preparing for travel to Southeast Asia. Dollars are often accepted (if not preferred) there but they MUST be unwrinkled, bent and in pristine condition. Since these clean bills are not always available in the denominations desired, gathering them became a project. This was done for me over a three week period by a Very attentive teller.
