I have been banking with Chase. Their on line if pretty good, but their banking services only serve Chase. They constantly call to ask if they can be of service only when you have a very high balance. They say they are protecting you and your account when they are only protecting themselves. I've been with this location as my home branch for 17 years. Nice enough usually if you go in. A few bad attitudes once in a while. But if you need phone help they're 800# service is awful and the local branch never picks up. So overall, I'm thinking of trying a smaller, local bank or bigger online only. read more

So I decided to open another account with Chase Bank, what a great experience I had this morning! Thanks to Tony Flaccato he was so helpful and it did not take all day . He sent everything up for me including the Chase app for my phone, and he explained how to use my app with Apple Pay so now we are paperless! Save a tree lol . I had so many questions because with all this new Technology I needed to be sure my account was safe so now I can Make purchases with my debit card, and bank from almost anywhere with my phone, it does sound kinda scary but to access my account you do need my fingerprint . read more

I walked in on Oct 29, 2021 to close out my checking and savings account because I just wasn't using it anymore. The teller that sits in the first window with long black hair helped me close it. The next day I see my account is negative $129.00 and my other account had positive $129.00. I thought it was a chase process where it would just zero out by itself. A week goes by and it still showing I'm negative and the positive $129.00 had disappeared. I walk into the bank AGAIN to ask what's going on with the negatives? The manager David is called over and he says "oh, looks like the account was closed incorrectly, you might receive a cashiers check for $129.00". I let them know I understand that the account was closed incorrectly and we all make mistakes. I ask if they can just void whatever was sent to me and just deposit funds into the account so it can all be over with. The manager says "let me look into it and I'll give you a call". 3 hours later and still no follow up. I end up calling the bank and one of his bankers picks up and says he's unavailable. I give the banker my email and to have the manager reach out to me ASAP. Fast forward to 12/03/2021 still no follow up. I call the bank and they get me connected to David the manager and I say "Hey! It's me, Yvonne with the account that you guys messed up on closing that's now -$129.00." He goes "Oh that's right! Thanks for reminding me!" I let him know I had received a check in the mail yesterday for $129.00 but I don't want to deposit it because my account has now been negative for over a month and I don't want it to effect me in the long run. He replies with "it won't because typically for that small amount, we don't report it to the credit bureaus. This was just the worst experience I've ever had in any bank. First, they close my account incorrectly to make it easier on their end. Second, they offer to have me deposit $129 from my own money without even knowing if a check was sent to me yet. Third, they let me know they will follow up with me the same day. Forth, no follow up whatsoever. Fifth, he has the audacity to say "oh thanks for reminding me!". It's not my job to remind you to follow up with your customers. When you mess up, you need to own up to it because that's what a professional does and go out of your way to do things right. End of this story is im now going to have to take time out of my day to deposit the check into my negative account that they messed up on and did not want to fix on their end because it's too much work. David, if you can take something from this message, learn how to follow up with customers and own up to your mistakes. read more

There were 2 bankers and 1 person to help out people that walked in. There were two girls with knots on their heads ( the bankers ). The light colored hair girl ( sorry don't remember her name ) banker 2 was extremely rude and condescending. She barked at me to go follow the tape in the building when there was no one else in the bank. As I approached her she said "I am not able help you - you need to go to her and follow the lines on the floor. "So I started at the door and followed the maze of tape even though again there was no one else there !! An older man then came to her window and was obviously a little hard of hearing. This girl( light colored knot on top of head ) continued to use condescending tones and proceeded to yell at him. My suggestion is to put her in the back room. She is tired and not a customer service person at all !! We are all under a lot of stress and to come into a bank and have a " teller " treat a customer like that is absolutely unacceptable read more

Horrible customer service when it comes to the front end I walked in very nice and polite, I asked if someone was able to verify whether my title was open or not, they told me they don't know and that I would have to go to the DMV! I told them that I think they are wrong and that a notary of the public can simply verify this and one of the customer service reps told me he knows what he's talking about and that all of the personal bankers and notaries go to him for Q&A lol very nice! Well maybe back to notary school you go you should be nicer to people that bank with your establishment and probably not talk about them while they are right there waiting for a personal banker! read more

The staff here is very friendly! Everyone greeted us and asked how we were doing. Went to this bank to get something notarized and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Tyler Kust (the associate who helped us) was very personable and efficient and seemed to really care about our well-being. read more

This bank has some wonderful employees and some employees that should never work in any type of customer service environment. If I could give those that do a great job, they would receive 5stars and those tellers and specialist in mortgage banking would get zero! The service was so bad I have basically closed all Chase accounts. read more

I own and operate a business out if Tempe, however I live 2 min from this branch location. The staff here always goes out of their way to help me and are extremely friendly. They always remember me on a first name basis which is very nice from a bank to feel like you're an appreciated client. This bank does not have customer service as a priority. I went in there to talk to someone about a credit card question since I was going out of the country. I was told I had to wait 20 minutes or make an appointment. My husband and I have our accounts at Chase and expected a little more consideration, as we have always had at our Chase Bank in the west valley. My husband had to wait 20 minutes on another day at the drive up window, This is not acceptable to be so disinterested in their customers and shows clearly that we, the customers, are not important. Maybe Chase needs to give their managers more SC training. read more
