It's a cafe, but they also have banking associates to help answer banking related questions as well. There's a lot of seating, including 2 rooms if you need it to be more secluded while you work. It's typically quite cold in the cafe, so I would recommend either bring a light jacket or you can just take your drink to go while you peruse the shops at the mall. Their coffee based drinks are good, as well as the matcha drinks. The matcha drinks tend to be on the sweeter side though. They also have seasonal drinks that rotate every quarter or so. Other than the free drink promotions, they also offer half off drinks if you're a Capital One cardholder.

On April 21, 2026 I paid $540 dollars to them and a balance of zero dollars was reflected. I then closed my account that same day. Tell me why on May 7 2026 I had a balance of $5.21 for interest charges (On a zero balance) then got charged a $5 late fee June 1 2026 for missing the payment I knew nothing about. It isn't worth my time and energy to argue about $10.21, but I just wanted to share how this sneaky bank operates. So help me if I get another bill for interest on a zero balance... PS. I was fed a crock of bull sh!t that I still had interest charges because I didn't ask for a "payoff" amount when I zeroed my balance the month prior. They had already lost me as a customer when I closed my account so they clearly didn't give a sh!t about my $10 gripe.
