I just cannot get away from these people…read more When I closed my account I had them mail me a check for about $10 that was the remainder of my money in my account that I couldn't get to by ATM. They send me the check, but I forgot to cash it before it expired. Whoops, ok, my loss. But then, a month or so later, I get a statement from them suddenly. Turns out they reinstated my account, put the money from the "stale" check into it... and then charged me $2.50 for having a balance less than $25. On an account that's supposed to be closed! So now I have to go through the whole process again of closing my account.

First of all, the bank is situated right at the feeder enterance to walmart so there is heavy traffic. It is difficult getting out of this location due to the flow of traffic. Also when you are in the bank, there is long long long lines. They try to circumvent this by having you hand off your bill payment to the front desk.
