From the managers down to the tellers- I feel at home whenever I visit this branch. I've walked into other bank branches only to see they were short on tellers and had a winding line of clients. NOT HERE! Whether you see a teller or one of the managers, your wait is brief. She helped process my request for a credit card and helped me with an online banking issue. I have a feeling she's been with ECU for a while because she really seems to know what she's talking about. I recently moved from Harris Bank, who I had been with since I was 14 and I have to say, I"m really happy with the change. I feel like they look at you as a customer and a person, not as much of a random number.
