Two critical times, he has pushed through for me and my husband. He's great at explaining things, remaining calm/patient, all while training his team. It also looks like they have a new addition, Gina. Together, these two seasoned banking professionals work their magic. They are quick on their feet, fast, and highly efficient. Just in the nick of time, they made things happen for me and my dad which required a last minute approval of a request, and it involved a power of attorney. This is what banking should be about. Services run by competent, systemic, process oriented, and professional people.

The manager always makes sure to wave or come out and say hi and they always have a lollipop for my little girl that is always tagging along with me. We spent quite a bit of time with him when opening our accounts and never felt rushed. The same is true whenever we drop in with a question. He always has a smile with his answers.
