I thought, sure would be nice to have that Jeep when I was contacted by a salesman who said hey, are you interested in vehicle? I said yeah, but the numbers probably won't work out. He goes, Let's see what we can do. I will tell you this From the time I started working with the Salesman, The Appraiser, the Sales Manager, and the Finance advisor at the end of signing, Everybody was amazing! Out of the vast majority of cars I have purchased, and I purchased a lot of cars in my lifetime 30+. This was without a doubt, the most pleasant, most enjoyable, easiest negotiating, purchase I've ever done. They gave me fair trade-in values on both of my cars and I got better than the payment I expected at the end of the deal. Luis also did me the biggest favor of transferring my personal plates off of one of my cars to my new 2026 Jeep Rubicon. The…read moredepartment said no problem, call the Hemet office to make arrangements and if they have any issues to call them. I called the Hemet office on Friday, July 31, 2026 and spoke with Morgan. Explained everything to her, discussed paperwork and told her the main office said that if she had any questions to contact them. She assured me that she would do so and that when I come in at 4PM to surrender the car, she would have everything ready. I arrived at 4 which was my appointment time and Morgan came to talk with me. I gave her the keys to the car and asked for my paperwork. She said she did not have it and told me that when she tried calling the bankruptcy department that they were closed and that I could come back Monday to pick up paperwork. I asked about this and Morgan went to talk to another worker who I assume was a manager and came back and told me the same. I would assume that the manager should get involved with me at that time but was totally ignored by the manager. For one, she had plenty of time to contact me before I came in at 4 to let me know she would not have paperwork. She did not. This morning, I called the Hemet office at 9:49 to confirm that I could come pick up paperwork and was told Morgan was in a meeting. I was told she could call me back after the meeting. I gave my name and number. At 10:07, I called the main bankruptcy department again and shared my experience and was told that on Friday, July 31, the day Morgan stated the office was closed, that the office was open all day until 8PM Eastern. I explained everything and was told that they have it on record that they are in possession of vehicle. So, I must assume that in reality, Morgan never did call the main office as they were certainly open. At 11:42, I called back again, thinking that a meeting lasting 2 hours was a bit long, there was no answer after 6 or so rings and it went to voice mail. I left a message with name and number and why I was calling. It is now 12:08 and nothing, nothing at all. There is obviously a real problem at the Hemet office and that some employees need to be let go or at minimum, properly trained. Perhaps you can all take this as a warning and as indicitive of what tou might expect from the Hemet office

I have been a Citibank customer for over 6 months i finally decided to switch my job payroll…read moredeposits from a prepaid card to my account well in the process of doing that my job gave me a paper check so i deposited it into my account. They then sent a email saying a hold would be placed which is fine. I go to go visit my child in the nicu and my card declines for gas when I had money in there not including the funds for the check they are holding. I call and they tell me my account is under review because I deposited a payroll check. So I ask why is all of my funds being held and they give me no explanation. I'm a single mom and I have kids this is so wrong an unacceptable. I followed back up and now they are saying my account is closed. This is so wrong and it feels like I am being punished because my job choose to pay me by paper check. I wish u had the option of zero stars if you are thinking of banking with them please don't. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND GOOGLE CITIBANK CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND YOU WILL SEE THAT THEY DO THIS TO PEOPLE ALL THE TIME FOR NO REASON AT ALL. WELL-LOCATED BANK! I think this Chase is very conveniently located on the West Side of Florida…read more It's near a busy street, several communities, and a shopping plaza. It's also on the way out of town if you're going to take highway 74. I usually stop by here when I need to get a cashiers check or make a quick deposit before I leave the valley. The gentleman who helped me this last time was pretty nice but kind of gave me suspicious looks. It was a slightly awkward experience but I wouldn't classify it as bad as he was pretty professional. The attendant towards the front of the bank was very friendly and greeted everyone at the door! There's several kiosks inside the bank and an ATM machine as you walk into the double doors. I use the atm outside sometimes. However, expect to be in line on busy days. They only have ONE outside atm. The drive-thru atm is also available, however, it's in an extremely tight space and I never use it so I can prevent getting hit.
