Because it's Valentine's Day and I just remembered how horrible my flowers were last year and the service I received when I complained. On the back of the card sent with flowers it states that if you are unhappy with them or there is an issue call the shop. I did contact the shop because 1. my flowers arrived with no water in them. 2. The flowers were all bunched up as if they were just thrown in the vase with no rhyme or reason to them, flowers were dying for some water 3. It was a one sided arrangement similar to the ones you see for funeral which made no sense whatsoever. 4 there was no valentines colors used or even a ribbon. The owner states my bf asked for green hydrangeas and sunflowers which is why they did not do valentines colors, makes no sense I've seen plenty arrangements for valentines with green hydrangeas and is flowers. Anyway when I complained about my horrible flowers because the card said to do that and owner made excuses and got upset when I said the arrangement was ugly and I was disappointed. How would you feel as a woman when everyone got beautiful deliveries and yours was a huge mess. He wound up telling us to shop somewhere else which we gladly did after this. We've had the pleasure of doing business with Chase for over 18 years. Each and every time.. they've hit our requests "spot on" or even better. Yesterday was my daughter's 18th birthday. In the midst of the chaos that surrouds EVERYTHING involved when it comes to planning your only child's 18th birthday. I had COMPLETELY forgotten to order my daughter's first dozen roses and having them delivered to her school. (Hoping receiving them there would contribute to her feeling like a Princess for the day.) So I called Chase in a complete panic thinking I'd missed the "deadline". Brian took the call and IMMEDIATELY assured me that they could make this happen.  The relief he provided was overwhelming. His sense of humor was absolutely delightful. I had requested 12 pink roses. Brian told me about another type of rose called, "Free Spirit". And coincidentally captured all of my daughter's favorite colors. I hung up the phone after placing the order still giggling from his humor (which he NEVER let distract him from the business at hand or the many reasons these flowers were so important) My daughter called me with joyful tears a couple hours later. And was BEYOND blown away by the beauty of her first dozen roses. *a priceless moment*. I needed to send sympathy flowers to my best friend and his mom and I didn't want to use anyone commercial - I wanted someone local. D&L failed me twice in the last few years, so I will never use them again. I found Chase online and they seemed to have a solid selection of sympathy flowers. I paid extra for the Deluxe Teleflora's Enchanted Cottage, but you could've told me it was the "Standard" and I wouldn't have known the difference based on photos of the actual arrangement that was delivered. The same happened with the Simply Elegant Spathiphyllum that I ordered - I paid for a medium, and it looked like the small. They were both decent looking arrangements, but for the price I paid I unfortunately wont be using their services again. read more

So I understand mistakes can happen but not only did they deliver the wrong flowers but the lady in the office said she would find out what happened and get back to me but she never did, I was contacted by the driver who said he didn't have the right flowers and would fined out what happened, again nobody contacted me and eventually delivered the right flowers but a lot of them look wilted and burned and not at all fresh, for the money I spent for long stemmed roses I should have gotten better quality and definitely better service.. read more

They have a gallery of gorgeous bouquets and then they offer 3 pricing options which are standard, deluxe and premium. DON'T BOTHER UPGRADING cause you'll still get a low level standard, regardless. I upgraded to deluxe and my MIL got something that barely met the standard level from the website photo. I had her send me a picture and I was furious when I saw it. I ordered 2 Christmas Arrangements from thier own website and paid just over $100 each including delivery. As you can see from the pictures what was advertised and what was delivered was disappointing. What was delivered was pretty but not at all as shown. The one shown was much more striking and elaborate. The delivered arrangements were Missing all the little mum flowers, missing the Holly and no where near the amount or type of pine!! So dissapointed not the width of a centerpiece, none of the frosted look. It's like the difference between Macy's and the Dollar Tree. Pretty but one looks expensive and one looks much cheaper. I know they can make substitutions if needed but at least match the value of what the buyer thinks they sent to someone, and paid for. I sent these arrangements to both of my sister-in-laws, spent over $200 for both and was excited to send them in place of a gift this year because we are out of town this Christmas. I live in Cincinnati, OH. I placed the order online through their website. The transition was smooth, painless, and affordable. After the flowers were delivered I received a text for the from the recipient thanking me, bla bla bla, with a picture of what was delivered... they looked nothing like what I ordered. I called Chase Flower Shop up and spoke to I'm assuming the manager/owner... I explained my issue that the arrangement was missing color and flowers and didn't represent what I ordered. That's where everything started to go downhill. Whoever I was speaking with must of not understood what I was telling him because I had to explain it at least 3 or 4 times if what was wrong with the order. He then said would you like me to send another arrangement out, I said yes. At that point I was fine, but added I could send him a picture of what was delivered. He immediately responded and said he didn't need a picture because he saw online what I ordered. I then corrected him and said, no, I'm talking about what was delivered. I said I'm not there in Fresno, I'm in Cincinnati but I have a cell phone picture of what the recipient recieved. He then said to me, well a cell phone picture might not represent and show the quality of what was recieved... At that point litterly what went through my head was this isnt 1997, cell phones cameras pretty much have pretty damn good quality today... I was stunned, floored that he would even say that to me, here I am, at this point being pretty calm and polite trying to resolve the issue and he's being a donkey about it. His comment absolutely infuriated me! And now the tail wagging contest began. I, at this point tried to be as calm as I could be, but the damage was already done and told him what was recieved is not what was delivered (paraphrasing). We exchanged debating words with one another, more so to see who could wag our tail the fastest... he then offered to give me a refund... I said yes, I want a refund. He said fine, but they would pick up the flowers... really... so now the recipient is going to give the flowers up... this guy is now a told jackass, and who's the bad guy? Me... Well obviously I don't want the recipient to give what she received back, but I'm also not necessarily wanting then to deliver the same thing the next day... that's pretty damn stupid if you ask me... not only is this guy wagging his tail faster, but he also is holding my tail and he knows it! I told him to check his reviews online becaus I'm going to leave great ones... and he rebuffed we've been in business 71 years... so what do I do but grin and take it in the bum. In the end, I told the guy to F-off, and it made my $55 purchase worth it. If you don't mind possibly having a screwed up order and them not wanting to fix it without being smug, condescending and a jackass too you if you have a problem, then order from these flakes. I called this shop after seeing their online selection which was pretty neat. They were very nice and were able to help me get a bouquet of tulips ready for my 5 year anniversary. I asked for 5 white and 5 red tulips since I was advised that their tulip bouquets came in bundles of 10. As you can see by the picture, there are no white tulips. I found it very odd that the lady who helped me told me that tulips bloom easily and they should be coming in shortly. I waited 3 days but by then the red tulips were starting to wilt. Ultimately, the white tulips never blossomed and they all wilted by the 5th day. It's not a good feeling knowing that I was out $44 on a very disappointing bouquet. On top of that, I am embarrassed to know that I gave my girlfriend such a sad bouquet for our big day. I paid for a finished product that shouldn't require much hard work to fully enjoy. What sucks is I tried so hard to get them to blossom but they just never did. Even after I was reassured by the person who helped me. Yes, I put them in sunlight. Yes, I gave them flower food. I ordered my mom a flower bouquet on Valentine's Day since it's also her birthday! I did my shopping online on my phone and it was easy to navigate. And while the only comment my family made was that one flower looked bad but the bouquet itself looked nice. It was sorta pricey but affordable than most places depending on what you get but the bouquet not as full as the picture as I would have hoped. The service and ordering of the flowers was a smooth process. I did mind that I had to email them because they didn't specify to not put emojis or special characters so the note doesn't look wrong. I did get a email notification when it was delivered and that was really great and thoughtful! The church service already started at 10am and they were supposed to deliver before then. They delivered late and delivered to the church instead of the funeral home.
