Very disappointed! A pink hydrangea was ordered online and what was received was a insect-eaten, leggy, small-bloom plant. Why doesn't the picture ever look like the delivered product? My mom remarked about the insect-eaten leaves to the driver and he didn't reply and walked away. She called the shop and they delivered a new one- nice touch but it was still not the $70 worth (second photo). I feel like money was stolen from me. I placed a bouquet and boutonnière order for my best friends wedding, they told me I need it to leave it paid to secure the spot because it was a small order ($250+) and I didn't think anything of it. I called Thursday to verify pick up time for bouquet and boutonnière we agreed for pick up early morning at 9:00am. However, Saturday day of the wedding when I arrived to pick up bouquet we were greeted by a sign that said they were on vacation. We were very shocked and in disbelief that a flower could do that knowing how important wedding bouquets are. I received not one call from them. I called their phone number multiple time left several voicemails and today three days later I have not here nothing from them. I asked surrounding business and they stated unfortunately they are known do this too people several times. I truly hope you take your precautions if you decide to give business to this kind of people that in my opinion should not been allowed to be open. read more

Honestly this is a good company but they have to be more organized and I feel like they didn't take my business serious. I had ordered a corsage and boutonnière for me and my date and the cost came out to 75.... just for roses and baby breaths which seemed a little ridiculous. Since I know I previously had found cheaper ones and better quality from other shops however, I figured I go here since it was down the street. Then when it came the date to pick up my arrangements they couldn't even find my order...even with my receipt confirming. This was very frustrating as we needed it by that day, they quickly rushed and found it under another name and it wasn't even what I ordered as it was missing a ribbon and some flowers. 75 dollars for a corsage, I am sorry but I can find nicer and ones who respect my money elsewhere. read more

A special event, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE! I had arranged for 2 bouquets to be done for my wedding in advance. A very special day for my fiancé and I. We had gone over with Pauline how we would like our bouquets to be, which didn't seem to be a problem up until a week before our wedding she sent me a picture of completely different picture of what my bouquets should be. Now on the invoice it shows what my fiancé and I asked for but no problem it's before the wedding so I didn't sweat it. Then upon delivery the day of, a very small bouquet was sent which looked so sad with maybe 6 flowers mind you 3 to 4 of them were silk flowers. Not to mention ONLY 1 bouquet was delivered when I ordered 2 bouquets. The delivery person got on the phone with Pauline and along with my frustration with how small and puny this bouquet looked all she could say is, "there's nothing I can do!" You can imagine my frustration with all of this because I paid $300 bucks for 2 beautiful bouquets and it's the day off my wedding and this is what's sent to me. If I could give this place a 0 I would. VERY UNSATISFIED with my bouquets and the service of how I wanted these bouquets to look on my wedding day! I would not refer this place to anyone! I was very disappointed in the service received from this store. I had placed an order the day before to be ready at 9am. I get there when they open and they said it won't be ready till 9:30am. Then 45 minutes go by and my order is still not ready and the employees lacked any sense of urgency. Knowing they messed up the time and still couldn't even get the flowers ready by 9:30. I admit that I decided to send Valentine's Day flowers at 4:00 pm on 2/13. I figured it was a shot in the dark, but I called around just to see if it was possible. Flower shop after flower shop told me that they "can't guarantee delivery time". They could have just said sorry, we are overbooked already, please call earlier next year....It was 4:00 pm the day before Valentine's Day, and that makes sense. But, these ambiguous responses made me feel like I was being swindled. The responses were basically saying "we want your money, but who knows if your flowers deliver before 2/15". The fifth or sixth place I called was Flowers and More. Adriana helped me on the phone. This young lady is the real deal. She was so obviously honest, and genuinely trying to be helpful, I found myself being more flexible with the delivery time, and we figured out something that worked! She is the only reason my Aunt ended up with flowers yesterday (which she loved by the way!). Thank you Adriana, and the geniuses that hired her at Flowers and More. I received flowers for my birthday from here. They were absolutely stunning and they did such an amazing job of placement. Normally I get flowers from D&L but these were so beautiful. I will consider using them next time. My only comment of improvement was the delivery woman was not very friendly, apparently complained that she had to bring them to my office and practically threw them at me while walking out "yelled" ""you need to add water"".
