After my  consultation and speaking with her a couple times after (still at no cost), I knew this is who I needed on my side. Her level of expertise, professionalism, devotion, responsiveness, honesty (Optimistic...yet realistic), invaluable advice and down-to-earth personality is like no other. She is so personable and easy to talk to.  Immediately felt comfortable discussing such unpleasant, intimate topics such are issues in your family. Non-judgmental, impartial and genuinely compassionate. I've worked with several attorneys on other matters in the past, and I can tell you that Diane has blown them all out of the water! By far the best Attorney I've ever worked with. A true Master of her Craft. Often times attorneys are solely focused on profit, charge for any time spent on a  call/email/text, advise, etc.  and once you hire them you find, they lack the devotion and responsiveness you need from them. There have been times I emailed her panicked about new findings, and she literally has called me within MINUTES and put me at ease with her logic and analysis of facts.   She is honest and a straight shooter, who will not over-promise, yet has always delivered. I am so appreciative to have found her and have her on my side during these tough times in my life. She will put you FIRST and give you a sense  of importance and genuine devotion that is hard to find. I personally vouch for Diane and HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any of your family law needs.Look no further, this is who you need on your side!

I was referred to Diane and the Marmolejo Law Firm by a trusted attorney friend, which gave me…read moreconfidence and the expectation that I was in good hands from the start. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I scheduled two phone consultations. The first was rescheduled at the last minute, which I understood and was willing to accommodate. However, the second consultation was missed entirely, and I never received a call or any notice explaining the absence. As a business owner, my time is valuable. I blocked off part of my schedule specifically for these consultations and was expecting a call. While I understand that things can come up, clear communication and respect for a client's time are important, especially when someone is seeking legal guidance. I was genuinely looking forward to speaking with Diane and exploring whether the firm would be a good fit, but after two missed opportunities to connect, I was left disappointed. Based on this experience, I don't believe I'll be moving forward with this firm. I hope this feedback helps improve communication with future clients.

. To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am writing this out of sheer frustration and disappointment after experiencing what is, without a doubt, the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I am absolutely furious with the way I was treated, and I expect immediate action. From the moment I reached out, I was met with incompetence, indifference, and a complete lack of professionalism. Not only was my issue not resolved, but I was also spoken to in a dismissive and borderline rude manner. I felt like my concerns were brushed off, and I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing your team simply by asking for help. Let me be clear: this is unacceptable especially to call yourself a law firm. I demand a full explanation for the way I was treated and a formal apology. If this is how you treat anyone who is calling for clarification on a misleading voicemail then you seriously need to reevaluate your training and standards. This by far is a scam and I will make sure to take action accordingly.

Several family members received calls from a number labeled "Unknown". The woman, Diana Bradley,…read moreleft a message telling me to call 877-880-0401 with the file number she mentioned. She claimed there was a financial complaint against me which needed to be resolved before it became a lawsuit. I called the number back and a man named "Josh" answered the phone. He wasn't sure of my last name (it had changed due to divorce). "Josh" proceeded to tell me he worked for Norton Associates and that they were NOT a debt collection company, but instead a litigation company calling to inform me there was a lawsuit to be filed against me tomorrow morning. He wanted to give me the opportunity to resolve the issue before a judgement was made against me. I calmly asked the man what account he was referring to. He claimed I had a bank account with Wachovia Bank which was opened in 2009, and subsequently closed by the bank in 2016 after it was left with a negative balance of over $800. When I told him I didn't recall ever banking there, he said "that's the response we always get." It was as if he was trying to make me feel like I'm a bad person and a liar. He put me on hold and I quickly looked up Wachovia Bank to find out it had been acquired by Wells Fargo in 2008. Obviously I could not have opened an account at a bank which no longer existed. When he came back on the line he was noticeably irritated and started pressing me about the judgment and said he could see that I already had another judgement against me from another bank I CURRENTLY bank with. I told him that's not accurate. He then started raising his voice and badgering me. I told him I currently work for a law enforcement employer which requires me to hold a government security clearance, and that the judgment he was referring to would have come up in the investigation. "Josh" then started to tell me how I was impersonating a law enforcement officer and how I could go to prison for 5-7 years because it was illegal (I never said I was an LEO, only that I worked there.) Next he started telling me that he could see that I lost my house because I couldn't pay the mortgage (also completely fictional). I asked him the date the account in question was opened and he kept telling me that he already told me. He did not. I finally told him I couldn't open an account at a bank that no longer existed and that he was a liar. He screamed at me and hung up the phone.

She reviewed my purchase contract, disclosures thoroughly, caught what mattered, and gave me honest, no-BS clarity on my next steps. From the moment we started, she skipped the fluff and got straight to work. Every minute counted and none of it was wasted. She spotted that my SPQ and TDS were not up to date after disclosures were added later, and made sure I knew to be BCC'd on all communications going forward. These are exactly the kinds of things you don't know to look for until it's too late. Her background as both an attorney and a real estate agent gives her perspective that most attorneys simply don't have. But what struck me most is that she is a true advocate for you. I walked away feeling informed, confident, and truly protected. If you need someone detail-oriented, straight to the point, and genuinely in your corner, I highly recommend her.
