We retained Chase Law to create an employee handbook for our company. The process took almost a year. We would submit revisions and items would be missed, sometimes it would take several emails to finally get a response and it felt as if we had to drag them to finish the handbook. The cost of the manual was also more than anticipated mostly because of the lack of prompt response. We would call the office to speak to them and were constantly told they were out, in a meeting, traveling, etc. They were almost always unavailable. Upon completion of the handbook, we requested our retainer back and will not be utilizing them anymore. This is not the way you retain customers, highly unprofessional! read more
