I have made alot of phones to complain and I get know where. To find out why my loan isn't closed. On 7/28 or so I found out that Chase lost, yes lost a $32,000 check. Then Chase sends me to collection. I get phone calls and letters saying my account is past due... The car dealer spends $30 to stop payment on check. The dealer send new check and Chase posts the payment on 8/11. Now they will not release the lien cause they say I owe $141.82 for late fees. What is this f-ing world coming to. We are being run by f-ing idiots. I wish I knew of a lawyer. Or does anyone know of one!! The car dealer can't sell the Jeep because of the lien.

I only came out of my way for this location because of the coin machine, I wanted to set up an account and get my change counted. Their hours aren't on google, so I wasn't aware they had such bad hours (closing at 1 on a Saturday, seriously?) so when I walked in 15 to close, I had no idea. It doesn't take much customer service experience to kindly tell me you're closing. Instead of glaring at me, tapping your fingers and giving me short answers. I had walked in with a great attitude after driving out of my way specifically for this location's perk, and walked out highly annoyed and very upset. Today's experience sucked, and if I do go back to open an account it sure won't be with that woman!

At no point did I feel heard or valued so I closed my account. I was with PCSB for 20 years prior to this with no issues.

I've always found the employees to go above and beyond in taking care of my banking needs -- to the point where they have called me personally to let me know when they see unusual activity on my account. I can't recommend them highly enough.
