They have offers for new banking clients making it so easy to want to switch over to Chase or simply try a new bank. Overall, awesome location and so much better than going in through the supermarket.

I only came out of my way for this location because of the coin machine, I wanted to set up an account and get my change counted. Their hours aren't on google, so I wasn't aware they had such bad hours (closing at 1 on a Saturday, seriously?) so when I walked in 15 to close, I had no idea. It doesn't take much customer service experience to kindly tell me you're closing. Instead of glaring at me, tapping your fingers and giving me short answers. I had walked in with a great attitude after driving out of my way specifically for this location's perk, and walked out highly annoyed and very upset. Today's experience sucked, and if I do go back to open an account it sure won't be with that woman!

At no point did I feel heard or valued so I closed my account. I was with PCSB for 20 years prior to this with no issues.

I've always found the employees to go above and beyond in taking care of my banking needs -- to the point where they have called me personally to let me know when they see unusual activity on my account. I can't recommend them highly enough.
