When I completed my transaction , I walked into the bank and informed a lady at one of the desks on the right that the ATM was unlocked. She replied " I know". So I said she better be prepared to deal with a potential mugging in there now that the door is allowing access to anyone with a bank card or not. A week later I returned and found the situation was unchanged so I drove around back to use the drive up ATM. I have just this minute reached out to their corporate office via a website and had chat with a robot who promised to connect me with an expert to discuss my complaint. However they then want to enroll you in the Wells Fargo corporate club so u can lodge your complaint,however they require your credit card which may or may not be charged one dollar to submit said complaint!! Who in their right mind in the process of filing a legitimate complaint of a serious nature would give them a credit card before addressing said complaint. It's a very slick way of avoiding any and all complaints and no phone number is provided for corporate office. Ludicrous to say the least. So the ATM door to my knowledge which was still unlocked yesterday may still be open. Very poor customer service and dangerous to have that door unlocked as customers are getting cash ugh

I have banked with NFCU for years as my own little protest of commercial banks and since making the…read moreswitch I've never looked back. That's my opinion of the organization overall but I will base this review on this particular branch. I visited today with my daughter because she's been sailing coins for months & it was finally time to make that big deposit. Now I've been down this road before, usually when you want to deposit a large amount of coins the banks will tell you they have to be all rolled up first then send you home to start the tedious task but not today. I was pleasantly surprised when the teller gave us wrappers, sorting machines & a little coin holder that allows you to slide the rolls into the paper very easily. Then.... get this.... she points us to a lounge in the back with tables, chairs, a TV, tea & coffee where we can sit and get down to business!!! How about that!?!? Every time I interact with Navy Federal they surprise me in a great way every time! The staff was so pleasant and friendly. Another teller even came over during our rolling time & complemented my daughter on her saving habits! It really made her feel good.
