Fabulous. Start to finish excellent. Ok, We had to get a new roof. You know, insurance. Florida. I contacted a bunch of roofers. Some ghosted me, some didn't seem to know what they were doing, and some were just creepy. Chase, on the other hand, was exemplary through the whole process. In the sales / quoting stage, they showed up. On time. Prepared. Questions were answered professionally and knowledgably. Paperwork, contract details, and permitting were all done to a high standard. Communication from all of Chase's people was timely and clear. The physical work was done quickly, on the appointed days. (The work is done in two waves, with a gap of a week or so to allow for a County inspection.) The crews didn't trample our stuff, tidied up and left scarcely a nail behind. Alright, literally a couple of nails. The roof work itself appears to be of highest quality. Both the County inspector and the insurance inspector remarked on the quality of the job. Chase's cost estimate was the highest we received. But the gap between highest and the chanciest was trivial. Worth every penny. read more

For years my townhome community used AAA Roofing for our roof repairs. To my surprised AAA Roofing "joined" Chase Roofing, and everyone I met seemed to be a Chase Roofing employee. Too bad. My experience with Chase Roofing was bad. Oh, making an appointment with an estimator was easy-peasy. The guy came out very quickly; he was very friendly. He said he would send me an estimate by tomorrow. It didn't happen. I called them late the next day asking for an estimate. Then the next day or two afterward. Then again the next day or two afterward. Sounds bad? Yes, it was bad. Two days after my third call someone from Chase Roofing called and asked did I ever receive an estimate? I said no, and we had found a different roofer to work with. Good-bye. So yeah, giving these guys one star is about all they deserve. In fact I am being generous. read more

Ok did my reroof in 2022 ,Phillipe was great as i let them know ,i also WAS very satisfied with the work ,timeline and in general ...fast forward 2025 ..as part of the "contract" i was also included a yearly roof inspection for 7 years 23 24 25 no inspection ..i called them on it and i scheduled it and also mentioning that they still owed me 6 inspections ,the person on the chat line said "will have Phillipe call you and explain how a "annual " inspection work...really? Anyhow they showed up for the 1st inspection in 3 years as i was leaving ..had to call them for the report 3 weeks later ..they indicated that the inspection revealed i had 15 broken tiles ( find that hard to believe if no one has been up there in 3 years till they came along for the inspection .) They sent no pictures ..still waiting...so this part of the service is less than 1 star ..more like ZERO. Their pricing was $3,000 below the nearest competitor and he knew the permitting standards which saved me over $1,000. While at a wine dinner one evening, I was notified that a storm shorted out our electrical panel at our business and we lost the electricity for our walk-in freezer filled with product. Tamara and John Chase happened to be at that dinner, and I asked if they could help. The crew they sent out to fix a leak near the gutter was very professional and performed the task above my expectations. I was concerned about the gutter and asked them whether they needed to be replaced. They said it was not part of their job and I would need to have another company come to repair the gutters after they fixed my leak. Getting a new roof can be stressful. And costly. I mean, you're making an investment that should last you the next 20 years.... When it was time to get my roof done, I called around and got prices. In the middle of a pandemic, with supply chains in disarray, prices and timelines varied wildly. Ultimately I went with Chase. Because of the overall reputation of the company, sure, but mainly because of Philip. When I met with Philip, I got a real, no bullshit vibe from him. He admitted they weren't the cheapest and if I was looking to just throw a roof on and sell, I could go with anyone. If I wanted a company that was going to get it done right, and give me a reasonable timeline, that's what they could do. He was upfront about permitting timelines and shingle shortages. Ultimately it was 0 pressure, and he seemed more concerned with giving me the full scope of my options, instead of pushing his services only. Maybe this guy is a master salesman. Or maybe he's just a really nice guy that knows if he's honest and transparent, the customer will trust him, and if they don't go with him this time, they may next time. Or recommend him to a friend. Ok, he's a master salesman AND a nice guy. I just wanted to shout him out because Philip left such an impression that even after getting multiple quotes, I went with Chase, because I trusted him to get the job done in the timeframe I needed. I simply didn't get that feeling from the 5 other companies I got quotes from. The process is a bit of a pain. You have to pull permits. Wait. They come tear the old roof off. Wait. Inspection done. Wait. They come do the final roof. Wait. Last inspection. Done. The permitting took about a month, and once work started they were done within the week, even with some rainy days in between. The staff I. The office was super communicative along the way and super helpful with all my questions. Thanks to Brooke for her patience as I asked 10000 questions haha. The team that came to do the work were all super nice and left the place just as it was when they arrived, making sure to take all of the trash with them and going through the painstaking process of collecting all of the nails from the floor that may have fallen. I was supposed to receive a call from Mike A. the day before to confirm time, call never came so I called him to confirm appt. This company deserves a zero! The phrase "how can I make you smile" is ridiculous coming from them . My retired mother spent her earnings to pay for the back portion of her roof to be fixed, within 2 months it began to leak again, they came back out to reasses it, DID NOTHING to remedy the situation but instead badgered my mother for the remaining balance. I was willing to work with them until they blatantly disregarded their so called professionalism. I had to obtain a lawyer for them to come look at the roof and repair it as I was more than willing to pay for a fixed roof, they refused and instead contacted their lawyer to to get the balance, need less to say, they are continuing to harass my mother especially during these difficult times,, and this is what my mother wakes up to on Easter sunday during this covid 19 pandemic. This review is for a roof replacement estimate and a job for installing pitch pans for existing solar panels. Estimate: I persuaded hubby to get a 3rd estimate for a potential roof leak we inherited in a house we purchased. Over the years I've been inadvertently thrown into random construction bidding at work, so I know every construction company has their own take, you just have to guess who's take is right and how much you are willing to gamble. I'd been on a good Yelp roll lately, so I called up Chase Roofing. Our roof Estimator Johnna came, this friendly spitfire a pro, for sure......she just told it like it was, got up on the roof and said, let's try "x", to see if the leaks stops, then let's try "y", then last resort, maybe think about the roof. She took the time, explained in detail, showed us exactly what she was talking about to help us understand why her view differed from 2 other companies who were ready to rip the roof off right away. It was pretty much a no-brainer......If low cost y and lower cost x didn't work, OK;. but if it DID work then we get at least 5-10 more years out of the roof, the leak situation resolved. JOB: The workers were on time, kept us informed, took before and after pictures so we wouldn't have to climb up on the roof, it was phenomenal, clean neat work. They were so friendly! They were very respectful and a confident in what they were doing. Hubby had looked online for similar repairs and determined the price was fair. New roof? Not yet. Yay! read more

SO WORTH THE WAIT So it took me a few calls to get my appointment with Chase Roofing. My timing was horrible thanks to hurricane Irma. But as the saying goes good things are worth waiting for. The front office was always pleasant and apologetic because they were so busy and couldn't get out to me. But, it was not an emergency so I didn't press the issue and I did get my appointment. once they came out and did the inspection everything moved very quickly The inspection was done everything was explained in detail. Chase just finished repairing the flat top portion of my roof. I've used them before and since I've always been completely satisfied with both the quality of the work and the cost it was a no-brainer that I called them again. As always the work was quick and clean. No mess, nothing. If I hadn't been here to watch I'd never know that they were here. Of course, as with any roofing job, the test will be the next thunderstorm but past experience says that's not a problem. Just in case they do give a warranty backed by their many years in business. One star because I had to provide something - anything. Don't bother wasting your time with these idiots. Requested a free estimate for my elderly mother. A guy shows up, she offers him a ladder since he didn't bother to bring one, and he says he doesn't need it because he had no intention of getting up on the roof. you know, the one he was providing a free estimate for. Two months later, I reach out to them because my mom still hasn't received her estimate. Received a response email telling me that they have too much work and aren't interested in doing the job. That's it. No estimate. A reluctant reply only because WE reached out to THEM after never having heard from them again. Her roof continues to get worse and now we have to find someone new and begin the process again. Now, as per other reviews, I wouldn't be surprised if they show up at my mom's house and threaten her. A gentleman came out, said he would walk around the property and take some pictures, and then knock on my door. Sounds good! Only problem is, he never came back. He just left. I then reached out to Chase Roofing and they said all the pictures were in my account and I should hear back by Monday with a price quote to my email. I called Chase to look at my roof, just as a precaution and to get ready for the upcoming hurricane season, as my roof is now about 10 years old. The owners husband came out and was prompt, courteous and told me that there a few cracked tiles but nothing to be concerned about or to rush to fix. He left me a card and said my roof was in good shape and to wait for my insurance company to inspect since they will undoubtedly require me to fix the few cracks and then Chase would come back and do what my insurance company required but until then I didn't have anything to worry about. Tyler Beaser started out great and friendly when he was trying to get my business. After I signed my quotes for roof installation, facial boards replacement, and gutter replacements, he seemed to no longer have any interest in replying to my calls or emails. I had been told by several people that the facial boards should be replaced first. He disagreed and said the roof should be done first. So imagine my horror when the guys are tugging and pulling on my brand new shingles to get to the boards. The team of roofing guys and the supervisor who watched them and explained things to me were top notch and did a great job. The team of two guys who came to replace all of my facial boards were extremely slow, I could not communicate with them because their English was bad. No one supervised them and they would take two hour breaks. They put up what looks to be short scrap pieces on the back of my house. They refused to use saw horses and wanted to use their leg and foot to bare down on instead so the cuts are not straight. They left in the middle of my job saying that they were done and had not even touched the front of my house. It took me quite some time to get that issue resolved because everyone was giving me the run around over the phone. The boards they put around my spicket on the front porch are not flush and there are 1" gaps on the wrap they put around the wood on the front of my house. I have a serious gap at the top peak of my house where the boards are supposed to meet. If all you need is a roof repair, pray you get the team of guys that I did. If you need other work done, call someone else. read more

Phillip the manager was very helpful. Brook office manager was great. The foreman that oversaw the replacement of the roof was friendly and professional. They did the job very quickly. I definitely would recommend them. The budget did go up due to the increased cost of wood supplies but that was understandable. They kept the place cleaned everyday they worked. Update to update: Met with owners yesterday and they rectified everything! They refunded the $450 I had paid the other roofer for fixing the leak and are transferring the warranty over to us. Great ending to a bad beginning! Owners are very nice to work with. Update: Owners have contacted me and are working with us to get this mess taken care of! Will update and adjust my review accordingly. Very nice owners, wish I would of spoken with them from the beginning. I purchased my home a year ago, only 4 years after Chase replaced my roof and installed hurricane windows....only 4 years ago and the roof is already leaking! Our roof is already leaking! Because the house was sold they will not honor their warranty...even though the contract I have does not state that warranties will not transfer to new owners. On top of that they quoted us $1300 to fix the leak....ridiculous! I paid another licensed/insured roofing company $450 to fix the leak! And do you know what the cause of the leak was?!?!! When originally installing the roof they cut the barrel tiles on the roof and cut the roof in 2 spots! After a lot of fretting and interviewing of about 10 roofing companies, we gave Chase Roofing the contract for a new tile roof. As new homeowners and Florida transplants we were overwhelmed by the the thought of replacing a 40+ year old roof. Johna walked us through the process, which, I imagine for her was tedious. The crew, led by Nick, was magnificent. He came over during heavy downpours and inspected the house for leaks and when I thought the mud at the center of the roof looked (only the slightest bit sloppy), he came over and tidied it up. The roof and a previously installed (horribly) sunlight but now beautiful and up to code, looks great and I am happy with our decision to use Chase. For workmanship, hands down five stars. I give 4.75 as we were slightly disappointed by the handling of a permitting issue. The pricing was on par with estimates we received from other companies.
