We stopped here before a weekend Disney run and wow... these bagel sandwiches had no business being this good. Like "are you sure this is real life?" nice. Courteous, friendly, and moving with the speed and precision of a NASCAR pit crew--yet every sandwich comes out looking like it's ready for its Instagram close-up. From the outside, it's a humble little hole-in-the-wall. Inside? Spotless. Cleaner than my kitchen on the one day a year I try to impress guests. You can tell this family doesn't just care about the food--they care about everything. Pride is baked into the walls... and the bagels. Bonus points for overhearing the owner casually chatting with locals about his shift ending and then coming back later that night to make more donuts and bagels like some kind of carb-loving superhero. As soon as we looked over the menu, my mouth was already watering. We ordered the aguachiles verdes, the molcajete supreme, and I added a side of fries. When I say the food came out fast, I mean FAST, especially for food this fresh. The wait staff was attentive, friendly, and checked in just enough without being overbearing. The aguachile was honestly one of the best I've had. The green sauce was incredibly flavorful, perfectly balanced, and everything tasted fresh and vibrant. The molcajete supreme did not disappoint. The sauce was rich and delicious, and the portion of carne and shrimp was generous and very satisfying. You can tell care goes into the food here. And somehow, even the fries were amazing .... crispy, hot, and the perfect side. If you're passing through on your way to Yosemite, this place is absolutely worth the stop. We'll definitely be back.
