I was feeling bereft of fresh healthy plant-based cuisine, so I was quite pumped when my friends were amendable to trying out Gaia's. I ordered the roast beef sandwich and (I think it was) tomato soup - they were both very delightful. They most definitely tasted healthy, if you know what I mean, which my body was craving at the moment. I wish the sandwich had been less bready with more filling, but I nearly always find myself wishing that! The soup was good, nothing absolutely stunning, but it was fresh and flavorful. My two friends seem to enjoy their selections as well. It was thankfully a pleasant day so we sat outside in the patio and helped ourselves to the watering station outside. This place definitely has a small cafe feel and service was prompt and pleasant.

It comes with açaí, granola, strawberries, bananas, blueberries, and coconut flakes. Absolutely delicious! One thing I really liked about this bowl was the creaminess of the coconut base. It was very unique compared to the other coconut bases I've had. The store was clean with a modern buildout. Service was so awesome. They were friendly and eager to answer any questions we had! They even gave our little toddler a free toast "on the house" with peanut butter, honey, banana, and cacao nibs. SO NICE!!! Customer service going above and beyond. This place deserves an extra star for being open on a Sunday because nothing is open on Sundays in St. George lol.
