Long overdue review. So I technically went here several years ago pre-COVID. But hands down, the best cat cafe in general. The US doesn't let you eat with the cats, but here you can. We are here in the cat zone, so if you don't like that with your food, you can leave. Cats are chill and mellow. I would say most would you pet them, but the ones I hung out with weren't too interesting in playing with me or being cuddled with. But they're still so cute. Definitely come support more cat cafes. What a cool little place. This was my first visit to a cat cafe and I specifically chose this one because they had some specialty breed cats. It was fun to watch and interact with the kitties! They had a sign on the wall with an illustration of and information about each cat. I enjoyed searching the multiple rooms to find them all! They had a nice selection of drinks and the employees were pleasant and helpful. They could do a better job of keeping the tables clean. Things were a little sticky. read more

I have never been to a cat cafe in my life. It was a great experience at Chat Mallows Cafe! The cats here were all friendly, cute, and really goofy. From chunky to athletic bengal cats, they had a wide array of cats that were all perfect and unique in their own way! Feel free to walk around the establishment to pet all cats, it is not frowned upon to show loving to the kitties! I thought that this chat mallows cafe was perfect. I really loved this cafe! The decor is adorable and the cat theme is everywhere you look. There are so many cats of different colors & breeds here, I'm sure we didn't see all of them! They seem to be very well cared-for, and they also seem to really like the employees of the cafe. My husband and I ordered a lemon tea, and a coffee with whipped cream & brownie. Everything was yummy but the main attraction really is the cats! Some of the cats are more shy than others. Most of them are okay with being petted gently. I felt the luckiest, because Yoda chose my lap to sit in! He sat in my lap purring the whole time and did not want to let me leave. So happy to have made a new friend in Paris and I hope I'll see him again someday at Chat Mallows Cafe! read more

Unfortunately the cafe was having a problem with the internet and could only take cash payments. I didn't have any cash on me, so I had to walk to find an atm. Heads up: reservation is required! We didn't have one because we didn't know we needed one but we still got in thanks to the staff's generosity. The cats are adorable, obviously, and the food/drinks are good but a little over-priced. Staff speak English and were very nice. Super cute. There are about 10 cats that live in the café and they lounge around the shop as you have a drink or snack. The food and drink menu is quite extensive. Cute sweets and salty foods are available. The cats look well cared for and seem to really love the servers who work there and care for them. You pay a bit more for drinks and food but if you read their website the extra funds go to taking care of the cats (their food, housing, and vet bills) so it's well worth it! A good place to visit but be sure to make a reservation! read more
