The place is super clean and the staff os great. I also love the products on sale. Julio has been cutting my son's hair since he was 5 months old. He is also my husbands barber. The barber simply cut off almost all of my hair length, even though I clearly said I only wanted a very small trim. The whole time, she was chewing gum loudly with her mouth open right next to my ear, which was very uncomfortable. She handled my hair quite roughly, and in every movement it felt like she didn't care about what she was doing at all. There was no attention to detail or effort. At times, it even seemed like she was just pretending to work -- picking up tools and bringing them close to my head without actually doing anything meaningful. The final result is uneven and completely different from what I requested. I've had many bad and strange experiences at barbershops before, but this is the first time I've felt the need to leave a review.
