There were two people sitting waiting for cuts so I sat with my boys and figured we would wait until it's our turn. waited 25 minutes before I decided to leave. still not a single person said a word to us. as I was leaving, someone ran out to ask if we had an appointment - I said no and he said they take appointments only. would have been nice to know that before waiting 25 minutes. the place is tiny so it's not like they didn't see us - we were literally sitting right in front of them. I'm also a small business owner and would never dream of a customer walking into my business with at least a "hello, how can I help you." Don't waste your time there - plenty of other barber shops in the area.
