I can give them 1…read morestar because our bathroom ultimately looks like what we envisioned, but the process and overall satisfaction with the total project have many negatives. There's honestly too much to include in the entire saga, so I'll try to be concise. Our project manager made offers/promises of things that would be done but were never followed through on (these weren't even specific to the project, but rather a pattern of setting expectations that were then not met). The best example is the fact that the dumpster that sat in our driveway for months resulted in rust stains on the concrete. The PM stated (unsolicited by us) that they would take care of that. In the end, it's in the contract that they will NOT take care of that, so he didn't. So fine, not in the contract, even though fully cleaning up after yourselves is a professional move. Don't say things that you aren't sure of or know are not true. The tile for our shower was incorrectly ordered due to a math error, which resulted in a delay. Our two vanities were installed on the wrong sides (should have been opposite to account for door swings). By the time this was realized, the bathroom was essentially finished, so now one cabinet handle hits the glass shower door when it opens, and the other scuffs the newly painted wall, unless you gently place them against those surfaces. As the project was wrapping up, we had one last item that needed to be done before it passed inspection. It took FOUR visits by a subcontractor to get it right. It was a simple closing off an exterior vent hole. Four visits to get it right, and this was after a few other things were done that didn't need to be done, either because they were not given proper instructions or they didn't listen. About a month after completion, we began having discoloration of the grout in our shower floor tile. It took MONTHS (like EIGHT) for them to rectify this issue and included multiple occasions of work being done with no follow-up. It felt like they were hoping we'd just go away. During the final process that actually (hopefully) solved the problem, the Frey's employee explained what they were doing, told me it was an upgrade, but that we wouldn't be charged for it. Thank you for finishing the job we agreed to without charging anything additional. A few months after completion of the project, we had to call the gas company and evacuate our home overnight due to improper installation of valves related to the tankless water heater that Frey's sub-contractors installed. Communication with Frey's was frequently non-existent and often incomplete, especially when problems were encountered. The PM told us that the owner who would do the final inspection is a perfectionist. I don't find that to be the case; otherwise, I would expect that he would check on things during the process to catch large errors like incorrect installation of cabinets or incorrect installation of valves that control gas flow, rather than nitpicking over imperfections in paint on the last day. I would not use them again.

What sold me on them was Scott's knowledge during his original visit prior to the estimate, he brought up concerns over changes possibly needed to be up to code, other estimates had not mentioned these meaning they would likely have come up down the road. During this process the Foreman (Jeff) has been by daily, everything is tracked and scheduled online where I can see it and a week hasn't gone by where I have nor seen one of the Frey brothers in my home to see how things were going. If you use them one thing that will really impress you is the thoroughness of their estimates, there is no question as everything is clearly spelled out and priced. I showed my estimate to retired friends and all were impressed by how they ran their business. If I have another remodel I will use them again, my wife and I have shared their contacts with friends already, and we received their information from a neighbor who was working with them and who appreciated their professional work.

I did not find her care 'integrative'. There was no talk of mind, spirit, or nervous system regulation. No checking with symptoms. Everything was based on $$$$ in labs which were treated with $$$$ in supplements. Her focus was pushing energy when what my system needed was gentle support and nurture.
