My husband and I drive 15 minutes just to come to this boba place! This is our favorite post-dinner late night drink spot. Highly recommend all the drinks but my personal favorite is the peach slushie. Love the lotus sticky rice too with the pork and shrimp filling. The owner Jenni and her husband and the staff like Penny are so nice and welcoming. They always make an extra effort to get to know their customers! We bring our dogs here occasionally too and they always bring out pup cups for them! 10/10 read more

Good bubble tea. Got the milk tea and oolong milk tea. Lots of good games to pick from to hang out. It was dead on a Saturday afternoon - the windows are covered in a bubble tea ad so you can't see inside. The inside is small, with only one table with 4 chairs and 2 couches. No bathroom for customers so not the best place to hang out for awhile. A bit too quiet inside, music should be a bit louder. I like their food menu - didn't try it this time but lots of stuff to try. Very cute decor inside. Will be back. read more

I continued my quest to try all the boba shops in this area and Chatime pretty much made me want to stop with that effort. We loved everything about Chatime. I'm all about the chocolate drinks and was delighted to see that they offer a "superior milk chocolate" option. I order my drinks at 50% sweet and my drink was delicious. The perfect balance of decadence while at the same time never wandering close to the "too sweet" category. The boba was also chewy and excellent. The other people I ordered drinks for were delighted with theirs as well. We liked them so much we were ordering from them the very next day. I was also impressed with the variety of food items on their menu. They've got a wide variety including steam buns, sticky rice, cakes, and swiss rolls. I want to stress that I did not try any food items but I will absolutely be doing so during my next visit to the area. Even if I ended up not liking any of them I would still happily return for more milk tea. read more

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Chatime. The extensive menu offered a wide variety of delicious drinks, and the clean and inviting ambiance made my visit enjoyable. The excellent service added to the positive experience. However, the absence of a customer bathroom and the slightly lacking flavor and chewiness of the tapioca pearls led me to deduct a star. Despite these minor drawbacks, I plan to return as the overall experience was still delightful. Side note: they seem to have plenty of games for customers to play/enjoy while sitting and enjoying your boba. read more

Chatime is EASILY the best boba in Baltimore (and the US). If you disagree take it up with God. I highly recommend the Towson location over the others, as the owner frequents that location the most. Speaking of, the owner is SO SWEET! She remembers my usual orders: 1. banana milk tea, extra ice, black pearl, creamy mouse - 12/10 2. Thai tea, extra ice, 120 sugar, black pearl, creamy mouse 12/10 She always lets me sample extra product and is genuinely interested in me as a person, not just a customer. We talk about everything from work to boys, and she remembers it all She recently added a couch and some board games to the space, so it's a lovely place to hang out for a bit! Cant believe my favorite boba shop in maryland is now in towson!!! So lucky for all the towson students and residents! I have been a major fan of chatime and it has been my favorite boba since their opening in white marsh. They have expanded and now have several locations. They have a brand new store and have been opened for only 10 days now. My favorite go to is mango green tea but given that it was already 4 pm i opted for a non caffeinated drink. I got the raspberry lemon drink which is on the sweet side so opted to get it with no added sugar. My wife got the sunset mango which is also non-caffeinated and delicious. The nice thing about chatime is there are many flavors and something for everyone. The boba is the type i like. The store is clean and owners are super friendly and helpful but most importantly passionate about providing quality drinks! Located near the central of all shops, there are many boba places nearby but def check this shop out!!! read more

I love Cha Time, especially in Towson! I stop by almost weekly at this location for a bubble tea, a pork bun, and a lovely conversation with the owner or the staff. The atmosphere is cute and cozy, but the real stars are the owner (Jenny) and her amazing team. The customer service is more than professional: the workers are personable, kind, and want to connect with the customers. I tried Chatime for the first time last night and I was extremely impressed by the quality of my drink! My brown sugar milk tea with creamy mousse and black pearls had the perfect caramel taste without being too sweet. The pearls also had nice texture and flavor. The lady who served us was also very friendly and seeing her interact with other customers, I could tell that she has built a strong rapport with her patrons. The space was cute and they also had a variety of pastries. I'll be back to try more! read more

Lovely place, does not feel like a corporate store with employees who resent being there. They are engaging and kind. You're almost overwhelmed by the staggering number of drink combinations, but what is really unique are the snacks. Highly recommend the sticky rice in lotus leaf. Will definitely be coming back. You should try them too. read more
