I ordered the Pink Matcha and the Sakura Blossom Lychee juice drinks. The service was fairly fast, and the drinks look really good. You can taste the matcha in the drink and the lychee flavour is strong with some lychee chunks. I will definitely come back. read more

This bubble shop is upstairs towards the E side of the mall, above the exits that go to the bus loop. Parking is available in the nice large mall lot. The bubble for this chain is decent quality, but nothing crazy special. Pricing is reasonable compared to the competition. The lineups can get a bit long here as it is inside a busy shopping mall. They use a number system which is nice. The sakura lychee juice was pretty tasty, but the quantity of fruit bits was honestly a bit lacking. The lychee bits almost looked like an afterthought. I guess the good news is that the chunks were small enough to not get stuck in the straw. read more

Despite the expensive price, I like Chatime for their delicious drinks and I had to give 4 stars instead of 5. When I got to Chatime store there was a line up, and I felt the line up took forever just for a milk tea. I probably waited about 10 minutes or so. I kinda wanted to leave, but their bbt got me feeling desperate. I had Grass Jelly Roasted Milk Tea for (small) $4.80 and it was tasty. This is another location for Cha time and you just can't resist ! Tried the new flavour special Hidden dragon and it's tasted delicious. Nice blend of dragon fruit and passion fruit over green tea finished with mousse. Line ups can be long so you will be waiting to order and pick up. Not sure how quick they complete or whether they prioritize the mobile order. Didn't try this time. There are some exciting vitasoy blended drinks coming up in July. See you again ! read more

I started off on a rocky relationship with chatime. When they first opened, I thought they were pretty horrible. Probably because I ordered a weird drink multiple times. Don't bother with their roasted milk tea, it tastes like plastic and fish oil capsules. That's the thing with this place...it's very hit or miss. I eventually came around and really enjoy their fruit teas. Lychee black tea is my favorite. Their pearls have a decent texture and flavor to them. They also sweeten the pearls, which I enjoy. In conclusion, some of their drinks deserve 0 stars. Others deserve 5 stars. Come here if you're in a gambling mood. read more

It seems to be pretty standard for Chatime. The milk teas from here have been alright, not watery or anything but not super flavourful either. Pearls and pudding are good, not impressed by their malt though, it seems more like powder than anything. This particular location doesn't have much seating, so don't come expecting to be able to sit and study or anything. The lineup gets pretty long here, but it seems to be more about the amount of people that are coming rather than service being slow, since they make your drink fairly quickly. I guess because there's so many people pouring in, the people taking your order don't really seem to engage with you very much, but they're not rude. Overall not outstanding, but definitely acceptable and a good place to stop if you're in Metrotown and craving bubble tea. read more

Placed an online order. I waited at the side for awhile but my drink didn't come up. This guy saw me standing there the entire time of my wait. But when I finally approached the counter to inquire about my drink he completely ignored me. I called out "excuse me" a bit louder, in case he didn't hear me the first time. I called out several times while standing about 2 feet from him. He didn't even flinch. Then, his coworker came along from the other end of the counter to help.
