I have called our sales guy, Mike Conrad, and can no longer get a response from him. I have emailed and called to speak to a manager only to be transferred to everyone but him. I would not recommend using East Chattanooga for build projects. The screens are just one of the issues we had with our order with this company. Our $3,000 wooden front door was ordered incorrectly, windows were missing from our order, and more.
