Purchased Calacatta Palermo Quartz countertops and full backsplash only because Marco had reassured…read moreme that if there was any issues that Rocky Tops Custom Countertops would fix the issue. That the work would be top quilty and professional. When the countertops were installed the caulking was not done correctly and some areas not done at all. I called Chris the installation manager about the issue but he refused to return my call. I had to take time off from work to go to Rocky Tops Custom Countertops about the issue. Even then I was not able to speak to Chris or any manager about the issue. When they came back to install the backsplash they brought the wrong backsplash to my house. Then when they did bring the right backsplash it was not what I had approved. It was missing an outlet cutout that I had called out on the slabsmith. I was reassured by Nayeli that the outlet was not missing and would be cutout. Now I'm stuck with a slab that I didn't approve. Went back to Rocky Tops Custom Countertops and asked to speak to a manager. Again I was denied the opportunity to speak to a manger about it. The missing outlet that the installer had to cut out because they didn't do it at the warehouse b Poor quality and not professional.
