Approximately 01 March 2019, (4 months later, 2 months before 6 month warranty expiration) I notified the Benchmark office via phone there was a problem with the garments, and was told they would have management contact me. I received no call back or response despite several more calls and emails. I therefore emailed an image of the faulty sock to the Benchmark office on 22 March 2019 for documentation of complaint. After encountering well over a month of stall tactics from the Benchmark office, I am now being told the warranty period has expired thus making the warranty void. Considering this and other deceptive practices encountered I would not recommend this business.

At OOSPT, our physical therapists will be able to enlighten you on the cause of the pain and how to fix the dysfunction. They will be able to guide you through proper exercise, provide appropriate manual therapy, and educate you on methods you can use for rehabilitation and prevention of future injury (through exercise, nutrition, sleep, etc.) ​Take action early and keep yourself healthy.

As an RN with over 20 years experience, I did through research on Chattanooga area assisted living. I then took her around to visit these places so we could make make a choice. Although Summitview was an old building, the staff was GREAT! They were the most accommodating on things such as special diets, were the most affordable, and didn't have add-on or hidden charges Most important of all, my mother felt more comfortable there. After 2 years, she died at Summittview in her sleep. They had never raised their prices but more importantly, they provided excellent care. I will always be grateful to them and would highly recommend them.
