(I think for a county with about 212,000 people having 6 NHR site is quite impressive) The other five includes: Alfred W. Ten Eyck Brown who also built The Fulton County Courthouse in Atlanta, GA. It's one of few surviving buildings in Georgia that was built using marble from the area. (I believe the marble is from Tate, Ga) If you look up you can see four eagles above the column thingies and they were sculpted by two local sculptures David A.H. Couche and B. Maloni. It's an impressive structure with it's gleaming white marble and it's formidable presence. I almost expect a bunch of men walking out of in white robes speaking Latin....it looks like it belongs in Athens, Greece... It's located in downtown historic Canton not far from the Historic Canton Cannon Park. Next to the courthouse is the Cherokee Justice Center as well as the superior court. It now houses the Cherokee County History museum and visitor center. It a pretty cool building to check out for a photo opt. If you're ever in the area.

The creditor refused to speak to me saying that it has it went to collections while knowing that debt is not collectible in Texas if it's over 7 years. During the pandemic when no one was able to work, I a law firm was paid to handle my debts, but they are no longer in business. The court is claiming that they are collecting for Fayette County, but I didn't receive any notice from them of a pending garnishment. In fact, one of the matters went to court and was dismissed because the attorney didn't show up. My friends are saying that the judge was paid and with all the corruption I keep seeing come from Fulton County, I don't doubt it.

Without his assistance, I would've still been wandering around. So, if you need the legal department for business purposes (like filing a DBA/trade name), go to the ground floor (G). Once you leave the elevator section, you're going to make a left and walk straight up the ramp. It should be easy to find from there.

I can't believe I'm the first person to do a review on this location. Really, I'm the only Yelper…read morethat has gotten a traffic ticket in Cobb County? (note to self don't forget to review the Cobb County Jail). About a year ago, I was pulled over, while driving someone else car doing 85 in a 55. My second super speeder in less than a year. So when the officer comes back to the car, he ask me specifically if someone has been smoking in the car. I reply, that its not my car, he then proceeds to tell me that he saw me brushing crumbs of 420 off the seat of the car, I know this isn't true because, I had no idea there were crumbs on the seat. He then ask me if he searches the car, will he find any drugs or weapons? I'm thinking, its 8 in the morning, I just told you I was speeding because I'm late to work AND this is someone else car. How the freak will I know what is in someone else car? Note to self, when your friends get drunk and high the night before and block your car in....wake their behinds up and take your own car. Well, he proceeds to tell me to exit the vehicle while he searches it and of course he finds weed in the car and proceeds to arrest me for speeding and possession of mary jane. When I first appeared in court, the states attorney proceeds to tell me that I'm facing a fine and up to one year in jail (insert my wide-eyed look for are you freaking kidding me) and I advise them, that I will be obtaining the services of an attorney. I hiree an attorney, and it took me 3 other court visits to finally get the issue squared away. I ended up getting a some kind of deal, where I was required to take the Mothers Against Drunk Driver ($50) and a 20-hour risk reduction class ($292) and pay a $200 fine and 12-months probation, once the classes were completed and fine paid, I would no longer be on probation. I completed this in the two months that were ordered for the classes to be completed. In return, once all was completed, the charges for the weed charge would be dismissed and the Super Speeder would be reduced to a basic speeding ticket. Some of the Cobb County employers I encountered were your basic bureaucratic hard to get even the slightest information from type of employees, that made me feel like, thank gawd I don't pay my taxes in Cobb County, because these are some un-cooperative people, but the only ones who really matter was the judge and my probation officer and they were both pleasant, easy to work with and didn't seem to want to make the process any more horrendous than it already was. 19 of 100
