But their prices have skyrocketed and their service is absolutely garbage. When we went in, their were 3 cashier behind the counter and 2 customers. We waited for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged our presence, even after attempting to get help. Another woman who was trying to check out was also expressing her frustration. When we did finally get help, the dude was not very helpful. I was going to buy some incense to supplement my partner's order, but by this point we had been there about 20 minutes and I was extremely irritated so I walked out so I didn't start saying things I regret. They will not EVER get my business again. Idk about my partner, but when I saw his receipt I felt he could have been charged significantly less and been in and out in 5 minutes in many other stores in town. It's a big NO for me.

I finally found Vincent's shop after being disappointed with the first few I walked into. This is THE place to go in Anchorage. Not only does he carry good products and has plenty of knowledge, but he is by far the most customer-centric person I have ever dealt with. He always remembered my name when I walked in and helped me come up with new Vapes to experiment with. He has standard flavors listed on the wall to choose from, but if you feel like going a little beyond the normal, you can pick multiple flavors and he will mix what ever you wish. What other Vape Shop around will do that for you? I gave him 5 stars in this review, but if I could give him more I would.
